Aggressive Behaviour Undermined Effective Engagement
We engaged this business for community engagement services with the expectation of a professional and respectful approach.
Unfortunately, the experience fell short. During the meeting, a senior representative, CEO displayed aggressive behaviour, creating a tense and unproductive environment.
At times, their conduct included loud outbursts and visible frustration, which did not align with the standards of professionalism required for effective engagement.
Community discussions should foster understanding, patience, and respectful dialogue—qualities that were regrettably lacking in this interaction.
Due to the unacceptable behaviour witnessed by multiple attendees, we have decided not to engage with this business further.
We sincerely hope they take the necessary steps to improve their approach in future engagements!
