They keep taking £22.51 out of my bank I have cancelled the hidden subscriptions .AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY !!!

Product Arrived , Bits missing and was totally unusable , Then was being charged £21 a month for a subscription I never agreed to or signed upto . Do yourself a favour and don’t bother using them they’re rubbish !! Bunch of scammers

I brought a tagpal online , once I had filled my details in and the item came. I was having regular payments coming out of my bank . I contacted Tagpal to be told I had subscribed to there site. Which I definitely didn't do . I emailed Alex at tagpal who told me I could cancel the subscription but I couldn't get my money back so ended up paying £60 for a £21 item. This company obviously does this on a regular basis, since I complained I have heard of people all over the world being scammed by this company 😒 please do not order anything from this company as you are going to be subscribed to something without you knowing 😡

It has been a week, and my order has not even been filled or shipped. I have contacted the company via email and online chat, and no response. Don't order through this company.

Absolute rubbish I ordered 2 and extra bands yet only got one that was open(no swabs) and no 2nd pack and no extra bands after waiting for now a month I’ve had enough and asked for a refund.Had the same reply from Alex w 15 times now and no refund

I never leave reviews but I had to with these! Mine took nearly 2 weeks to fall off but 100% worth it. I had 2 large skin tags on my neck (which I hated and made me self conscious) and and they looked exactly the same after about a week of the band on but then I could start to feel them working (tender, a little painful) then they just shrivel up and fall off. I was giving up hope but I kept them on and so glad I did!!

Had a skin tag on my groin that was rubbing and sore. Didn't want to go to the doctors because of the place it was in (kinda embarrasing)
I put the tag on Tuesday morning. It was black by Wednesday morning, got smaller and smaller, and now on Saturday morning it's gone. I am no longer in pain and for the first time in months I can walk properly!!!

I am on day 3 now since application,I had few skin tags different places and in different sizes. Ordered 4-6 mm and 2-4 mm the smaller ones have changed color and looks like they may fall off soon. The larger ones are still the same and one of them got infected so bad I am in excruciating pain in the application area. I cannot take it off.may have to see the doctor. Other then that one of the packages looked like it was used ,the wipes were missing and the applicator was bent. Delivery wasn't as fast as they promised.it took week and a half to come,considering it's been delivered by amazon. I would say stay clear and go to doctors.

I received my parcel for Tagband Original, which came promptly, but on opening the parcel, it looked like it had previously been opened. The cleansing swabs were missing and only 6 tags were in the box. I immediately emailed Tagband. I received a jolly standard email back the following day, by Regine, saying my complaint was being "investigated". Then a further 3 more generated emails over the next 2 days, all exactly the same. I emailed them again, requesting either an unopened and complete replacement or refund. I then received an email from Vanessa, apologising and advized a replacement would be sent. It also requested my full address which I supplied. Then a short while later I received a second email exactly the same. This was now 5 days after my first initial complaint. The following day I received again from Regine 2 more emails stating they were "investigating" my compliant. We are in day 7, and no further on. If Tagband does read this review, please will you either send my replacement or refund me, immediately. Really bad service from this company. Use real people for your complaints, not computer generated emails, 8 in total, up to now. Ridiculous !!
Since writing the above, I received another email stating they have a new order for my replacement, this was on the 6th August. It is now the 12th and I'm still waiting. Also another 2 emails from Regine saying they're " on my case ". Fuming !!

Waste off money,they just don't stay on have five skin tags and used all Twenty bands every single one fell off within a day,waste of money wouldn't recommend and absolutely no customer service,save your money.

I brought, these for my Mum the Auto Pen and the TagBand Skin Tag Removal and some replacements, and I can say it has helped her a lot as some of the skin tags have fallen off and really does work the AutoPen we struggled with the other kit though, and she mostly gets them on her neck, back and face area. Easy to apply, there’s still little ones but maybe they need to grow a bit more big or some will eventually drop off and won’t grow. It cuts of the circulation so the excess skin falls of. It’s really impressive, and worth the money. However, the end bits to slide on the bands are a bit thin plastic.

The customer service is extremely helpful and goes beyond to help and resolve any issues and have been really helpful and hopefully, in the future will purchase more bands as we have seen other devices like freezing etc but if you have diabetes and so on it can be dangerous. I am really pleased with this company and especially how helpful they are and the quick responses. Plus, I like the free delivery which is awesome. The only bit confusing is that on the boxes and refills it don’t say the sizes clear. Apart, from that I would give 5*****.
