The shirt I ordered was great and the price was fair. Customer service was also good and they provided a tracking number so I could keep up with the expected arrival date.

Ordered two camel band Hawaiian shirts from tagotee. Order was accepted and the tracking of the package was excellent, took two weeks from china to arrive which I thought was very good.
Would recommend purchasing from this store.

We have purchased three puffy vests from Tagotee. We are Tennessee Volunteers fans and when we saw the team vests they had on the website, we had to get some. The print job on the vests is amazing… we are very pleased with what we have purchased.

This is not a fake company and the merch they sell is legit. We will buy from them again.

Glad i read the reviews. I was looking at ordering 2 of the Montreal Canadians hats from this site. I was trying to search for more hats, but the web pages will not go past page 5 even though it shows more than 70 to choose from. Unfortunately, I can't find these hats on any other site and now i do not trust this site.

This is the best company in the world for T-shirts especially the long sleeve T-shirts. They are outstanding. I have purchased over 10 shirts From TagoTee.
The quality is amazing. I planned to buy plenty more from there. The service is outstanding as well. If you want the best shirts in the world, then buy here.

The positive reviews are fake. I paid £29 for a poorly made t-shirt with cheap material. I ordered a medium and it was more like a small. Their 'customer service' say'they cannot process refunds' - even though by law they have to.

I am very pleased with the order I received today from Tagotee. The shirts looks great and they fit perfectly. Shipping didn't take very long to Canada, either. All good! I'll be back soon to buy more!

I have a very bad experience of this store. I ordered a hoodie and never received, they hire a private carrier company who not delivered. After complaining they answered one time of my email after never anymore. They Never pick up the phone. Never refund the my money. Horrible company. Avoid them if you don't want loose your money.

Good transaction! Took about 17 days to get but a nice quality shirt and fit.

I like my Marilyn Manson shirt and it didn't take to long to get it delivered to the UK.I will probably buy another shirt on Tagotee at some point later on this year once I've finished moving house.

Wish I got an over the head hoodie tho, as I chose a zip option without seeing a picture of how it would look.. I was a little disappointed..
But still love them. Really good sizing also and decent quality, would recommend to all

I order a pair of shoes that apparently was not an American size 10. It was obvious upon size that they were way to small. And I was told that there no refund or exchange polity and it I must have ordered the wrong size.
Their refund policy states:
RETURN & REFUND
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
To return your items, you should contact our customer service team. Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs to return.

But looking at other reviews it seems no one gets a refund. The number to update their website

These are some of the coolest shoes I have ever purchased I work at Walmart I’m a digital shopper. Everybody was stopping and staring at my shoes and taking pictures. I will be ordering in the future. I gave you guys a lot of promotion by wearing shoes. Hopefully I can get a discount on my next purchase.

Bought a X Mas Sweater Suicidal Tendencies. Everything, even shippment to Germany was fine.

No return policy. Tshirts were cheap polyester. Took forever to get them. Beware!

Bought 2 pairs of pajamas for Christmas . Made sure to leave a month in advance because I knew it would take awhile. Received 2 pairs in 3 weeks but o e was not correct. I emailed the company who immediately sent out the correct one. Received it in about 10 days. Items were made very well and customer service responded with updates.

Double-check the sizing before you order anything from this site! It's my fault for not confirming first, but I ordered a Large sweater and it turned out that Tagotee's Large size is 6"-8" larger in the chest than a standard large. I normally wear large and their large is at least an XXL. Why the random sizing?

Also, I got no update on my order from Tagotee for a couple of weeks, and when I emailed them it was suddenly "in the mail." It was like they forgot to fill the order until I reminded them.

I reached out to ask for a refund or another sweater because the sizing was so unusual. The response was "sorry you didn't check it." I understand the policy but this really leaves a customer unsatisfied.

I was really excited about this sweater but now I'm left disappointed that I wasted money on this. This was my first and last purchase from Tagotee.

Ordered a fleece lined jacket and Stan smith sneakers. These are in Air France 🇫🇷 branding. Great looking and comfortable sneakers. And the fleece is very cozy for these chilly days in Paris. I contacted customer service about shipping and they were so fantastic and receptive!!
