The customer service person was really helpful, even though my order had shipped. She assured me that I could return the additional items that I ordered and actually did not mean to.

One star is too generous. SCAMMERS!
I ordered a credit card sized electronic tracker from Tagsley. The order seemingly did not go through and when I clicked “resubmit” it worked. This is where the trouble started. Below are SOME "high"lights that helped me figure out pretty quickly that I was dealing with scammers:
- Canadian-looking site but charges in US dollars, without indicating clearly.
- Making it seem like the order did not go through, then offering a "resubmit" button, causing a second (extra) order with extra, unwanted items. (They still let the first order go through, causing the two orders)
- When asking immediately for a cancellation of both orders: lying about the order being shipped already, saying it is “impossible” to cancel the order. (later I realized they still added the unwanted items AFTER they supposedly shipped the order – it’s part of the scam)
- Not shipping the order until 4 weeks later (meaning they lied about the first supposed shipment).
- When asking for a refund/return repeatedly, they do not give details, but stall, by asking you to please try the product first.
- After delivery, they say you must send it back within 30 days, paying shipping costs, but not giving instruction on how to do this. In the same email offering 25% off, rather than sending it back.
- They have a policy that allows cancellation within 12 hours of ordering but making this policy useless by pretending they shipped the order within 1 or 2 hours.
- Stalling tactic after stalling tactic, hoping you will give up and accept your loss.
- A phone number for customer service with a recording in a loop without actual people ever answering. The number changed from a Vermont area code in December to a Minnesota number in January.
These people are running a product-return scam "business". There are lots of online reports of the actual product being low quality or non-functional. They make it seem like the company is in North America, but they are registered in Lithuania.
Their “reviews” are fake. The distribution of star ratings is improbable: 5 star: 1300, 4 star 500 (zero 2 or 3 ratings) and a handful of 1 star ratings.
The picture of their "cybersecurity specialist" is a stock picture that is also used elsewhere from first aid, rhinoplasty, to eye care and rehab websites.
There are lots of negative reviews on trustworthy websites.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered one tracking card before Xmas…
Ordered one tracking card before Xmas for my son. The website is completely misleading- instead of paying for one they charged me for 4 plus insurance for £181 ?
I immediately contacted Tagsley to cancel and they said they had already sent it .
I raised a complaint through PayPal and Tagsley said I’d have to wait and then send back to get a refund . PayPal closed in their favour-
I waited 5 weeks - eventually I got the product- the boxes are all damaged- no return info
Eventually got hold of them and they offered me 25% off, after 4 calls they sent me an address about 3 miles away - I looked up the company which was reviewed as a scam company - I rang PayPal who told me not to send to the address as it is a recognised scam as they say they haven’t received the product. I’ve now got to wait another 10 days and I'm hoping PayPal will reimburse me - they appear to be familiar with this company-

if a negative star was available I would give it -5. Ordered 3 tracking cards three weeks ago, still have nothing. I emailed three different people responded, no one could even find the order. 2 weeks later they sent me a tracking number, it's showing that it just arrived in main land China -WTF. Stay away from this company, its a scam.
BUYER BEWARE
Ordered three for approximately $44 USD each.
After waiting one (1) month received three cards marked "Magicard Pro".
Cheap pieces of junk, certainly not worth $44.00 USD each! You can barely hear the sound with the cad sitting in front of you.
Do your due diligence! Most the "reviews" online are fake!

This is a scam company
They are not credible, I don't know how good the product is or if it exists, but AVOID them because theyclearly want to rinse people through this cancellation scam. I have reported them to Paypal and thank god I paid through them. It is not realistic for an order to be processed, packed, and dispatched within 50 minutes of placement, particularly when the seller took approximately 45 minutes to respond to my initial cancellation request.
Importantly, my cancellation request was made before the seller’s own stated dispatch time, meaning I was fully entitled to cancel. Under UK consumer law, cancellation prior to dispatch must be honoured, and a seller cannot retrospectively defeat cancellation rights by claiming shipment after the fact.
The seller’s response appears to be automated, allegedly sent by the same individual using identical wording, suggesting this is a standardised response rather than a genuine assessment of my cancellation request. Not impressed. Avoid this scammer
