Rating customer service. Haven't used their service however what I have discussed over the phone have been lovely, professional and polite. Called yesterday and today because my Tag Heuer 2000 Automatic Chronograph Ref CN2110-0 needed a service and new part which is the claw part that goes around the bezel that simply fell off. Quote for service was £400 and new part is £300. Simply too much to spend on a watch I paid less for. If it wasn't for the bezel I would have paid for the service. Shame as this is a business I highly rate. Keep up the good work.

My TAG Aquaracer is 20 years old and poorly maintained. The watch i got back was basically brand new. Perfectly serviced and refurbished, TWR get 100/100 from me.

Just received my aqua racer 10/10 back and delighted with it, I had problems with digital setting, previously took to other places and was either told can’t repair or very expensive, these guys repaired and serviced at a VERY reasonable price, great communication, definitely recommend and will not hesitate to contact regarding any future work as i and my wife have a few watches, thanks again

From my first enquiry about a service for my watch, I was very impressed with their response and information provided.
I have just received my watch back having been through a full service, I am delighted with the condition of the watch. The standard achieved is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Just had my F1 battery, crown and bezel replaced by them. Really good company to have it done by. They communicated very well and were quick to answer any emails. Had no issues whatsoever and they were totally transparent the whole time about everything that was going on. Would recommend and I will definitely be having more Tag watches repaired here if I ever need them

I cannot praise this watch repair service highly enough. My initial email enquiry was answered within 24 hours and gave full, detailed information of what was included in their quotation. My watch is of great sentimental value and as I live fairly near the premises, I was able to deliver and collect my watch personally so cannot comment on the efficiency of the mailing service, but I have no reason to doubt it.
I was kept informed and updated as to when the work would be completed. The watch looks like new and the price was far more reasonable than I had been quoted elsewhere. The members of staff I dealt with by email and directly were friendly, polite and professional. So glad I discovered the business through Trust Pilot. If you decide to use them, your watch will be in good hands.

I was very wary about sending off my watch (to anyone) so I ensured I read a lot of reviews and did some other checks on this company. What I will say is that the whole experience was excellent, their communication was excellent and my Tag chronograph watch was repaired and came back in better condition than when I sent it off. Well worth the 3 week turnaround. In summary great communication and a safe honest business. I will definitely use again.

My TAG SEL of over 20 years of age had started to change date every few hours, plus my bezel was free rotating so I decided to have a full service and bezel repair.

TWR arranged for my watch to be collected and within just 4 weeks I have it back on my wrist.

The watch is running beautifully and the bezel also looks great, especially with the enamel touch up.

Thanks to Alexis and Mark for breathing new life into an old friend!

The parts for this watch took a while to arrive but this is to be expected when dealing with these watches.

5 stars, great service. I'd been shopping around for a service and repair for my thirty year old Tag Heuer 2000 and was shocked at the prices I was quoted. Over £500 just for the service, without any repair or refurbishment. I read the TAG Watch Repair reviews on here and decided to contact them. Alexis responded immediately with a quote for repair, service and refurbishment (including all parts) that was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. So I decided to go ahead. I was quoted 4-6 weeks and in the end it was the full six weeks but it was worth the wait. The watch has been repaired, rebuilt, resealed, hands re-lumed and bracelet reconditioned and polished. Amazing. Not a scratch anywhere. Looks virtually new. Time keeping is within ten seconds a day which is better than Tag Heuer themselves ever managed. The watch was returned by 24-hr tracked delivery and all the old parts and seals were included so I could see what had been replaced. Excellent. I would certainly recommend TAG Watch Repairs.

Before writing this review I took the time to read through many of the other reviews for TAG Watch Repairs, and I can only echo them 100%.
Like others, I came across TAG from their ebay listing and I sent an enquiry through to them, initially regarding viability of repair to my TAG Kirium watch.
I had been quoted £845(!) by another well regarded watchmaker local to me in E Anglia, but that was just shy of the original purchase cost of a watch bought back in 2003.
Mark initially responded outlining what he could do for me re repairs; service; new battery and clean - quoted cost VAT inclusive £70!!
Sent watch to them - Alexis took over dealing with it. Excellent communication throughout. Received watch back in what I can only describe as approaching 'near Mint' condition. Totally happy with the outcome. Will definitely use TAG again for future servicing repairs - for some unknown reason I have 3 TAG watches, so I'll definitely have need of their service in future.
As a footnote, on my initial enquiry I also asked about a non-working Ladies Kirium, which I'd been told by the other watchmaker mentioned above was uneconomic for repair and fit only to be scrapped. Again, TAG did the business, repairing and refurbishing / servicing this watch for £240, giving me a potentially higher re-sale value.

What a fantastic service. TAG said they could not fix my watch as the crown was no longer available, but an independent watch repairer may be able to help.

I found TWR online, contacted them about the problem and they come back the same day with a price. Sent the watch off and it was returned in a week, all working perfectly. Cannot fault the service at all, always kept up to date with what was happening.

This was my first time using Tag Watch Repairs services and it will not be my last! They were amazing from start to finish, Communication from Mark and Alexis was spot on and repair was complete far quicker than anticipated. Very happy with everything thoroughly recommend!
