Yea same scenario, I had about 3500 in btc, I traded a little here and there, then they put a hold on my account, left me unable to withdraw anything, then locked my account. All they would tell me is that I broke the user agreement and they kept all of my money and disabled my account. They completely got me for all of it.. they said if I made another account it would meet the same fate.. I thought it was a legit exchange with all the fake headlines about being the highest volume exchange blah blah blah but it was nothing more than a giant scam. Got me for $3500 dollars. Screw them I’ll kick their CEO in the balls if I ever see him

I had all the possible issues with them.. I couldn't access my account, getting stuck until one day I tried to withdraw around $3K and my funds disappeared. They don't reply to my emails and marked the transaction completed without giving details like transaction hash. That left me broke. I started a claim with reclaim crypto by coinfirm.com but they need more users to proceed with my case. IF YOU GOT SCAMMED BY TAGZ AND THEY OWE YOU MONEY START A CLAIM AGAINST THEM!!! IT'S FREE! (they take a part of your recovered crypto if successful)

I bought TAGZ about 12months ago and I can't see them in my account anymore poor site, lost money, I no longer trust this exchange. Be careful.

I will resume as : Easy to deposit, impossible to withdraw, generally rude with customers.

1- They make so easy to you to deposit your Crypto
2- They make almost impossible to register the security so you get stuck. (i send correctly my documents 4 times so far, always get rejected even if i send everything as others platforms i currently use)
3-Customers Support never answers (has been 2 weeks)
4- On Withdraw first as example if you add 1 ETH the Fees are 10 times than other platform. 0.36 of 1 ETH. They Others Fees are also extremely High

For my honest point of View. I assume the lost of my little assets. But for they to understand if you take from customers, you get it back.

since 10 days i'm waiting to approve my withdrawal. i have submitted many support ticket. nobody response. my all money inside the tagz and i cannot withdraw it. very disappointing about tagz

I'm waiting a couple of days for a withdrawal, still won't go through. I'm a bit worried that their exchange token tagz5 has collapsed which will bring down the exchange.

This place was great in the beginning, i believed in this exchange when they first started. They had a great set up with the low trading fees and the dual gateway, but everyone review you see where people say they are about to withdraw money is a lie. There is no withdrawal, first time they told me it was hecause they were having issues because they changed they withdrawl fees( which went from around 10$ to 70$ now to withdraw from then, but this is just to make you wanna trade more when you see the fee amount.) Even if you do go theu with the fee/withdraw your confirmation always fails. I have tried to withdraw because i was in desperate need of money due to losing my job from the pandemic. They completely screwed me over i ended up evicted from my apartment because i wasnt able to get my money from tagz exchange. DONT DEPOSIT MONEY YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET IT BACK OUT!
Check out the companies address its neighborhood... its all a scam, also id report them to the Australian financial services.

They deactivated my user and nobody answers at support more than 2 months now.
I am level 3 KYK verified but even so I can't access my account.
I can't believe that a fraud website is still up and running!

We have safety mechanisms in place to prevent any fraudulent or suspicious activity from further occurring by limiting account access as it is against our trading policy. To protect our users your account was suspended due to the above action...."

They disactive account after try withdrwal money ...
I send 3 tickets already, i get this same answer with out your help, when i send message on telegram you blocked me... I reported that on the police ...

deposit and withdraw very fast, I really like and plus the trade fee 0 trade, i love Tagz 😍

Tickets are not being solved in 24 hours. They are not solved since 2 weeks now and counting.
Even if they have problems with withdrawals they are allowing new users to create accounts and deposit.
You can see on telegram group so many users that are experiencing problems with withdrawals. The problem is that they are not giving us a clear date by when the problem will be solved.

My account was blocked when I wanted to withdraw. No answer from customer support.

BIG SCAM!! They deactivated my account for no reason and want me to pay them 300 dollars to get it back!! Many people are in same situation now...All trading volumes are fake as well

scam scam full of scam, took my money as well, no email or no phone to talk, all the scammers in support chat who just block you and deactivate your account rather than helping you

These people are criminals. They loved taking my bitcoin deposit two months back. But will not verify me, my money has been stuck there for 9 weeks. Customer service only responds with a link to their KYC format. I really wanted to get in on the TAGZ coin, but can't event do that.
