I feel the service in the beginning is great for new business owners but afterwards your company continues to offer services and they rise quickly in price versus what your actually getting in return, for example, the licenses and permits $399, I'd love to see that $399 broken down what it actually goes to versus me walking into the local state/city business bureau and paying for it myself.

There was one declined purchase, which my bank was doing for my security then I authorize one transaction of 298 and three total came out of my bank account. This has to be taken care of so my experience through this wasn’t what I thought it was going to be you’re gonna need to refund my money.

Awesome went above and beyond to assist me and my husband you don’t get customer service like that too often! Zen deserves a raise!

I waited about 20 minutes to get my call answered. I had send a couple of emails already since i bought your service on sunday night. I should have received a call immediately after or monday morning to make sure everything was on track. After Johnnie answered the phone call today, things started flowing. He understood immediately my frustration and long wait, so he quickly offered discounts and tried to keep me on board with your company. This Service was quick and helpful. He helped me realize that I can give the company a TRIAL during this month to see how well it goes. But The company´s systems and processes are still under my testing time. We will see if it works for me during the month of may.
