Fit is a little tight
Fit of pants was a little tight, but the exchange process is pretty easy. Just need to find your fit in the brand. Wish the return label was paid for given the cost of these clothing items.

Horrible customer service; I would never trust them to do further business
This is both an issue with this merchant and the delivery company.
FedEx delivered my order to someone else’s home and the merchant refuses to help.
I moved my office home in 2020 and my home became a drop off and pickup location for FedEx. Anytime a merchant uses that method of delivery, even if I use my personal email, the notifications come through my business email and account.
I received the confirmation for this order while I was working through my business email. The confirmation photo was obviously not my home or garage door.
I began attempting to contact FedEx between appointments (which was futile). I ran into AI at every turn…the only response I was receiving was “if I did not receive my package, I needed to contact the shipper.”
I used my order receipt to contact customer service at Tailored Athlete. I explained what had happened, the confirmation photo of someone else’s home, no help from FedEx, and instructions to reach out to them.
Their response was to send me the same tracking number, a copy of the same photo of someone else’s garage door, and a statement that my delivery was complete. They stated they do not replace completed deliveries. They also had the nerve to add that I should have my orders shipped to a secure location.
I did respond to them that my address is quite secure, that I provided them with the correct address, and they delivered the item elsewhere. It is apparent their intent is to take my money and provide no product.
A couple of things about my address: it is an established address in the FedEx system as a business and shouldn’t be a problem. The sign is 12 feet long and mounted on the 2nd story and is extremely visible. There are also street number markers at each corner of the lot at street level. Tailored Athlete does not offer options for delivery methods. My USPS box is a keyed-locked box and extremely secure, but that method is not offered.
I was prepared to contact my bank for restitution over the matter, but first, I did post the photo on the town Facebook page. I asked if anyone recognized the garage door and explained what happened. Someone did recognize the door, stopped by and picked up the package, and brought it to me.
I was trying their products for the first time and I could care less now about their products. I now know the type business model they run and know about their customer service and will not be back.

Great clothes - Awful everything else
Great clothes, but atrocious bordering on scam level shipping and pricing. I’ve ordered three times in about 5 years (stupid me for not learning). Everytime it takes over three weeks, then the courier turns up and demands roughly a third of the total value in cash.
There was also an incident previously where I used discount codes which were valid, it displayed the amount saved (which was over £140) then I was charged the amount without the discount, and no amount of disputing this (with screenshotted evidence) would get them to refund the difference.
As I said, no issue with the clothes - I really like them. But I would certainly not order from outside the UK.
