Functional and good usability with their online platform. I feel they lack modelled images of their chino styles to see some of the fits and colours on a live model. Nice layout and customising options though.
I can not comment of the finish as this rating is offered after the order not after delivery is made.

This could be an expensive habit! Good selection and good customer service. Just a matter of finding the right fit for me, I am trying the tight fit next time.

I ordered 3 shirts at once and I don't know why the size of the collars are not the same.

Very effective service. Good fabrics, well made and delivered on time. I needed perhaps a tad more room in the fit but it was close to perfect. Will use again.

My husband is of small stature but very large neck so has never been able to buy a shirt from any shop. His whole life he has bought very large shirts so he can wear a tie, with short sleeves of course, anything else looks ridiculous, finally , we have found someone to make a shirt to fit his size, extremely happy with the result, wish I had thought of it years ago.

I cannot recommend Tailors Mark more highly. They provided me exemplary customer service and the quality of their work is impeccable. I ordered a shirt for my wedding quite last minute and Tailors Mark were able to prepare and deliver the shirt within the time frame I needed. This is the first shirt I have had that fits perfectly while still allowing me to do the top button up comfortably. Their customer service team promptly responded to any questions and were reviewed everything to make sure the product I received was what I wanted.

This meant I had to use the website to place the order. My experience was a good one and it was enjoyable.
