Lovely lady that helped me

I'm really shocked to see all these 5-star reviews. It seems like their customer service team is quick to respond to new members who just created an account but wait until you withdraw your money from the website and you never receive it. You won't be giving five stars after that...

They don't pay you!!!!

I've been waiting since August 2024..

You can't contact them and when you do they ignore you....

Now they owe me and many others thousands!!

Any advice from anyone please...

Still waiting for approval but it was easy to submit my application.

Alan & Siobhan were great! All of the responses were very fast and overall really helpful

The submission to become a cares went by without any problems thanks to Alan helping. cant wait to become a carer for so many happy doggies and cats

Siobhan replied very kindly to my message even though I hadn't really used the chat properly, giving me a great first impression. She also confirmed for me that my account was set up which was great. Seems like a well-oiled machine so far, hopefully will continue that way!

Great website/ company for finding carers/ walkers for your dog or registering to find work as a dog carer or walker. Also lots of advice, perks free samples … etc

SCAMMER ALERT!!
They take customers money before care jobs start, take a good percentage from quotations, and pretend to pay you but not.

Got a pet care job (end Sept til early Oct 2024) through tailers. It's been 3 months and they never paid me the money. Every time I tried to contact, the CS team only passed issues to the financial team but do they put pressure on it, I doubt.

Worst company you can ever come across. I can’t believe how are they even still trading. They take money from clients but never pay it to the pet sitter. I had to send them an official letter to take them to court before they paid me finally.
I would advise anyone to not get scammed by them, do your research and use a reputable company to be a pet sitter.

I would give this awful company minus 5 stars if I could.

1) First of all, I spent money to upgrade to their Premium Membership so that I would be able to text dog and cat owners directly instead of just sending quotes to them. This, for a better chance at receiving a higher response rate and a higher chance of getting the job. Also, according to Tailster.com, I would only be charged 10% commission instead of 30% (which is absolutely insane).

2) Second of all, and most importantly, I never got paid. I provided the necessary information as soon as that was requested, and contacted Customer Service endless times to complain, and all I received was excuse after excuse. The last excuse they came up with was that “the Accounting Manager had just been replaced by a new one and they had to proceed with payments manually”. Right. Three months after I should’ve received my money, I’ve had enough and here I am writing this well-deserved review.

3) Not only did I spend money for the Premium Membership that I did not get to use - out of all the quotes and messages I received, I only got one job (in hindsight, thank God!) and was not even paid. This, plus the sheerless number of hours spent on the app trying to find customers.
Customer Service would also email me non stop, every time I sent a text or quote, asking me if the pet owner and I had met and if I was assigned the job.

They are so scared of people meeting up and then deciding not use Tailster. Honestly, this would probably be the only safe and honest way to use this fraud of a service.

If you are pet owners looking for someone to take care of your pets, PLEASE do NOT use Tailster. The carers will not be paid, ever.

I would sue them if I knew how to - maybe one day. It’s not about the money, which wasn’t much in my case, but it’s about the principle. Based on my experience, this company is a scam and should not exist.

I've just signed up and chatted with the lovely Siobhan, she helped me with sign up and getting everything registered as I had a little issue. It was all sorted within minutes. Very excited to begin!

Siobhan made the experience quick and stress free. Keeping me in the loop with the process and was able to correct any errors I had made when signing up.
