The good and bad
The good: The support folks are very helpful and sensitive.
The bad: straight men keep finding me and hitting me up I’ve checked my settings and it says LESBIAN. So unless the guys are trying to identify as male lesbians (which makes no sense) I shouldn’t see them

The app.hasnt glitched and when I contacted support they were.very.diiligent . Most importantly they fixed the issue . They tried several.times throughout the day. IN the end.it worked.

My experience on this app is great, better than most apps I was on they do match up with real people, and for my bisexuallity they have a mix of females to males picks for me so I choose from. Sandra the customer service agent for LGBTQIA+ was very friendly and helpful to me😊😄.

Won't let me make another account or get back to my emails. Bad customer service and weird they allow people to send nudes but I make 1 mistake and they ban me permanently I think it's messed up. I would like to make more lgbtq+ friends and Maybe find a connection but i think they should crack down on the people who are sending explicit photos and having them on the private photos but when someone ask for help and support I get in trouble. Well I learned my lesson but can't even get to make another account no matter what. 🙃 really need to do better work taimi 👏

Although purchasing premium subscriptions or features enables you to connect with other users faster, doing so is still possible without having to make any purchases.
As soon as you like someone via Discovery and they like you back, you'll get a match, and once the match happens, you can talk to the person as much as you'd like. No subscriptions or premium features are required for this. 😊
