Fun dating app
Fun dating app. Lots of cool features and ways to interact. I had a problem trying to create a private album and asked for assistance & received fast & easy instructions to solve a problem accessing an excellent feature (private albums) that required a permission on my own device. Their rep, Maya, was polite, kind, professional and she knew her job. She resolved my problem in 2 minutes flat and made me feel welcome on the app in the process! The site/app is great and the people working there are helpful and kind.

I had been scammed by one of the members on the website, I got in touch with the.company and they helped me with getting all thr data on it to them. They found the person and stopped. Her account, they said they would corporate with any law officials , which I will be turning her into them tomorrow. They were very sorry this happened to me on their site and they helped.me.in everyday they could. I was so impressed that I did not delete my account and will continue to use this site. I'd recommend avoiding this app. If you live in a urban area then maybe you'll get more matches but where I live there were very very few. So that's okay but then I tried to cancel. I went through a 6-week run around with them to try to cancel and get them to stop billing me. Was extremely aggravating. They asked me to send screenshots of my transactions from my bank account with them. No no that ain't going to happen. Just be careful if you try this
11/14 Their explanation is false They intentionally made transacting with them very difficult to the point where I feel there business is based on ignoring the customer and charging what ever they feel like. I knew I should not have used them because they a based in Cyrus or someplace out side US jurisdiction

Allow us to clarify that we never request screenshots from the bank statements of our users - we simply try to understand where the subscription was purchased (Google Play or the App Store, for example) so we can provide the respective cancelation instructions.
When users delete their profiles before canceling their subscriptions, we're unable to locate the transactions directly, as all user information gets wiped from our servers. That is why we request some form of receipt or visual representation of the charge, but this never includes a full bank statement where any private information is visible or identifiable. The data privacy of our community is very important to us.
It's also worth mentioning that all subscriptions are managed by an external intermediator, such as Google Play or the App Store. That is also why we require a bit of information from you in order to guide you in the right direction and help you cancel your subscription.
Our sincerest apologies for any misunderstanding generated by this process - we remain at your disposal should you require any further clarifications.
We also extend an invitation to teach you more about our basic (free) version should you be open to giving Taimi another chance. I'm confident that our support team could help you make more and better matches. 😊
