They threaten to ABANDON US!
They threaten to ABANDON US in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE on our drive to the next destination! They are also A SCAM we paid for 5 star hotels they gave us 1 OR 2 STAR HOTELS. They went by fake hotel reviews on google. Our hotels were suppose to be 5 star and instead WE GOT BLACK MOLD AND DIRTY SHEETS! When we complained they ignored us until they knew we were driving 5 hours to the next destination and THEY THREATENED TO LEAVE US IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE ON THE WAY TO PUSHKAR. HE SAID IF WE DIDN’T TAKE WHAT WE GOT HE WOULD LEAVE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND WE FIGURE OUT HOW TO GO WHERE WE NEED TO. When we purchased the 5 star hotel they showed us, which was an actual 5 star, Double Tree in Agra and then they pulled a bait and switch and sent us to some other shady hotel where we could not even walk outside because it was a dangerous area. Also, found out from our guides that the area is so bad that is why they did not meet us at the hotel. We also PAID EXTRA for the the breakfast option to be provided at the hotel. THIS WAS A LIE! Breakfast at the hotel turned out to be NOT included and then they took us to some back-alley restaurant and it had 2 options for breakfast continental or 2 eggs and 1 toast. Then the waiter basically forced us to tip and kept saying his tip is not included in the bill. They are a disgusting company and should be shut down. Most of these reviews are lies or it is because the guides they contracted are good and the people feel bad about leaving a bad review because the guide at the end basically says it will affect them but it doesn’t (I found this out from a different guide). SO THEY THREATENED US THEN TOOK OUR MONEY FOR 5 STAR HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST AND WE GOT 1 STAR HOTELS WITH NO BREAKFAST! SCAMMING COMPANY!!!
