Chef Steven is great! We had a wonderful meal, three courses of beautifully presented deliciousness. He was friendly, hard working and very talented. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a private dinner at my home, and Chef Diego completely exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and truly memorable.

The food was absolutely incredible—beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and my guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. It honestly felt like having a fine dining restaurant brought right into my home.

Beyond the food, Chef Diego’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The kitchen was left spotless, the service was smooth, and the overall atmosphere he created made the evening feel special and effortless.

If you’re looking to elevate a gathering or create a unique dining experience, I can’t recommend Chef Diego highly enough. I will definitely be booking again.

Chef Bernice was incredible! She was polite, professional and prompt. Her food was amazing and the best start to our vacation. She even made extra things that weren’t on the menu like banana bread that we devoured. Highly highly recommend!

I submitted a review on 9th March due to two cancelled chefs in Selsey and an event I was let down for on the day. I received an email asking for further information which I sent through additional details of the confirmation of the service and I am still yet to receive any response to my review. The service (or lack of) has been appalling, no accountability and no decency to acknowledge my review either.

Great service and super nice staff! Sarah and her team did a great job making us morrocan food! The food was very good.
Only thing that’s keeping me from 5/5 stars, is that we had to wait one whole hour for the food. The food was planned for 19h, but was not served until after 20h..

We had Chef George Dimitriadis prepare a traditional Greek meal for our family of 11 and it ended up being an absolute highlight of our trip. The menu and proposal work was very easy, communication was seamless and the meal was incredible.
We asked Chef George to do things a little different, as we wanted to learn and be a part of some of the preparation. We designed a menu that would allow him to teach us how to make some of the dishes while explaining about the ingredients, flavors, and preparation. Everyone had such a great time and Chef George was not only a talented chef (has worked at high end restaurants around the world and for celebrities) but he was fun, kind and super informative. The meal was great and we all agreed that it was a very special night. Highly recommend Chef George!

Chef Ismel and his team were great! On time, the decor was perfect, and the food was wonderful. Great experience for this group of Americans! It was great after a long travel day to have someone else cook and clean up.

Chef Adel was amazing. The food was so delicious and everyone was catered for being gluten free and vegetarian plus normal meals.

We loved Chef Louis. His communication before our dinner was appreciated. He was responsive and kept in touch regarding menu choices and preferences. He arrived timely and was amazing. We weren’t sure how it would work enjoying a small family birthday dinner while he was there, but it worked beautifully. He was professional, his food was delicious and we were able to enjoy. The web site is wrong structured. All the potential client I've got are not really interested on booking, they are just curious about hire a chef. And is not related on how I present the menu on how I interact with the potential guest, it's extremely related on how the platform is structured, the dedicated chat is really slow and the guest will not receive an instant message from the chef, but in opposite he have to log in to see if someone answer because most of the emails the platform send will reach the spam.
COMMISSIONS:
The 18% to 25% of commission is justified if the service was free for the chefs but this lose all the sense once I have to pay 29$ par month extra to have the hope of a service closure. The concept do not have any sense it's looks like they are squeezing the chefs more and more, consider that all the ingredients, costs of petrol and gas is under the charges of the chef, this will lead on two options:
1st. You have to charge a ridiculous price to the guest for a service.
2sd. You have to take a really low profit considering the amount of hours dedicated to a single service that include ingredient research, and previous preparations.
POTENTIAL GUESTS (CLIENTS):
The majority of guests that seeking on this platform are not really interested on hire a chef they are just curious on how can cost and then leave.
Even after multiple follow up is not possible that I will not receive neither one message back. From the hundreds of potential guests I have been contacted only 5 or 6 they just answer back and this is a clear sign of non interest from the person not related on how I present the menu on the platform that is well presented, updated and curated by the way.
The introduction of the paid formula is not acceptable if the chef have to pay 29$ monthly plus a commission starting from 18% to 25% or even 30% if a potential partner of the platform will contact you.
I wish you will remove this feature or low the commission and then I will be more that happy to work back again with your platform.

This platform was very easy to use to help us find a highly rated chef for a special occasion overseas. The communication and transaction were simple and efficient. The chef did not disappoint! Vasileois was timely, friendly, and every morsel was delicious. It was worth the extra cost to have him pair wines for the courses. I recommend engaging him for your occasion.

Chef Bida was outstanding. We let him fix his favorite dishes and we were not disappointed. He was one of the highlights of our trip.

A family treat of a chef in a private holiday Villa turned out to be a nightmare and we had to ask the chef not to return before working out the contracted period because of the attrocious experience that saw lacking hygeine, poor manners, disrespect, tardiness, and very poor standards of food in terms of flavour and presentation.

I would be amazed to find out that any vetting had been done of this "chef" at all!

Chef Miguel was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly flexible and did a great job adapting to the needs of our large group, making everything feel easy and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and he brought a calm, professional presence that made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely work with him again.

I wanted to share my honest feedback regarding the experience, as unfortunately it was very disappointing- especially considering the price paid.
The overall standard of food and service fell well below expectations. For lunch, several menu items were missing, portions were insufficient, and service was significantly delayed, with food only being served around 2pm. What was delivered was very basic and not in line with what had been agreed.
Dinner was equally underwhelming. The quality of ingredients appeared very poor- the beef in particular was tough and chewy- and the presentation was far below an acceptable standard. I was genuinely embarrassed hosting my family that evening and, in hindsight, would have been better off ordering takeaway.
In addition, the kitchen was left in an unacceptable state, with unwashed plates and equipment left behind, which is not what you expect from a professional service.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.
