Tried to update my phone number. First in the app the option does not exist so I asked for support it gives you a useless bot that tells you to log in to the web browser, if you try to enter options it redirects you back to the app so I used my PC and the personal details only allows to change name and email. I asked the useless "AI" and it gave me an article that does not open at all just stays there. When I tell it that it does not work it said that it is out of the window. Caveman tech

The worst Chinese iv ever tasted house sp chow mein that much salt in it one mouth full and spit it out I have been using this shop for 20 years but never again

We ordered our food and was told 30-45 mins for delivery.I rang the shop after 1 hour and was told that my order left the shop 15 mins ago so should be with me in a couple of mins.No. I rang back 15 mins later and voiced my worry that it was now more than half hour since it left them and I was worried about it not been hot.it did arrive a further 10 mins after yes the food was only slightly warm and it wasn't up to standard.we also didn't receive our free pancake rolls and prawn crackers. The vegetable fried rice contained only a handful of vegetable shreds.that went in the bin,the salt pepper chips was soggy and had no peppers in the portion,they went in the bin. Singapore fried rice was ok but I had to microwave it which dried it out.wont be ordering again.

I was a bit late in ordering , so put a pre-booked order in for the following evening. There was a bit of a mix up. Call them up, got it sorted, lovely meal. Lovely food.

My order was 40 minutes late, no apologies, the courier didn't even ask me how I feel, I get no compensation for late order. So disappointing! Please inform me about that order.

The worst company for deliveries. The worst website.

Normally had good food at Manor takeaway Chalford so didn’t mind travelling a few miles.
After ringing to say food was not it’s usual standard, manager agreed that some of the order could be replaced the following week, as I wasn’t local, he even took my name.
Rang the following week and a different woman who was extremely rude said it wasn’t policy and put phone down on me.
I rang back to try and explain why I didn’t come back at the time and she wasn’t listening.
Won’t ever be going there again.

Ordered through Foodhub. £45 order, made at 4.30pm at 6pm still nothing received. After attempting to contact the takeaway several times and not getting through I contacted Foodhub to cancel the order, who also wee unable to get through. At 6.10pm, after cancelling the order and making another order elsewhere I was advised that the food was on route. I again reiterated that I didn’t want the order and returned the food on delivery (as I cancelled the order).
Now the takeaway are refusing to refund my order and Foodhub are hiding behind the takeaway.
I am literally down £45 for an order I cancelled and returned.
I would avoid both like the plague! Disgusting behaviour from Brynmawr Chinese Tajeaway and Foodhub!

Ordered food at 7.15 told 1hr 45 ( in itself poor for a Chinese take away) 9.30 still no food ( because busy) sorry but very unacceptable for very regular customers was told on phone people before us despite being told an actual time so clearly order costs was prioritised. Fed up of rude lying staff so moving on despite being regulars over several years, simply no loyalty and service

Get away from them!
I am out for work many times and for 3 times I have tried them in Bulgaria. The 3rd time was a horror and no one helped me with a little support!
Order should arrive at my hotel in Sofia within 20 minutes but after 20 minutes it became 73 minutes while the restaurant, happy Chines, has been 3 km away from my hotel.
My advice use another app and delete takeaway.bg
