1 Star - Platform failure on March 6th (Account: TAKEPROFITPRO332118472)
I am posting this here because my support tickets regarding the March 6th session have gone unanswered. I experienced a major technical failure on Tradovate where a set stop-loss order on NQ was completely cancelled/ignored by the platform. This is a functional execution error, not market slippage. As a PRO trader, I expect the platform to hold basic risk management orders. I have been met with total silence from support instead of a review of my logs. I am requesting an immediate investigation into Account TAKEPROFITPRO332118472 for the failed order execution on March 6th. Do not ignore your traders when your own software fails.

I HATE TPT SO MUCH AS A TRADER WHO HAS MADE 250k from them they will not approve your payouts on time !!!! Ever anymore and then they will not reset your account once you made 10k they say it’s 24hrs but they lie about it so that you canning trade NYC open or your strategy they are figuring out more and more ways to make things harder on the traders the customer service is the worst out of all propfirms and you will have to continuously fight for every piece of profit and policy they say they have or will up hold.!!! You want one day payouts fast requests!?!?!? You will have to fight customers service for it … they will do anything but uphold their policies to standards … this is the hardest propfirm in the entire space to deal with … I was a PRO+ trader for months you make 10k these days they will not uphold their standards or policies they will switch it to their discretion… I guarantee you come to trade with take profit trader you will have the hardest time trading with them … inform you and promise you they have completed failed out they are against the traders @noahnasdaq13 … I’ve sat down with other traders and I swear their dashboard everything is updated and better taken care of… I’ve seen other traders request payouts at night 12am their request goes through .. and I put mines in and they don’t get approved until after hours the next day… they’re working against me as hard as they can if you don’t believe check my payouts and I got videos I got other traders I can vouch that these people have the worst service worst upholding of policies and they never stick to their word … they’re working against you and they will make sure they don’t pay you fix your accounts any technical issues they will be absolutely negligent …

Withdrawal requested over 9 hours ago with no confirmation email and no status update on the dashboard. When I contacted support via live chat, I was told to wait "up to 24 business hours" — which contradicts their own official policy of 12 business hours maximum. Support gave inconsistent information and no concrete update. The payout system lacks transparency: no real-time status, no history log showing when the request was submitted, nothing. For a firm that markets itself on "same-day payouts" and "instant withdrawals", this experience is far from what is advertised. Funds are not lost but the process is disorganized, slow, and the support team is unable to provide accurate information. I expect this to be resolved immediately.

I didn’t even opt for any further transactions with them still they charged me for RENEWAL OF $102 which absolutely without my consent, on their website my card was never linked still they charged for renewal. Never put your money on this SCAM PROP FIRM.

Because I live in a completely different time zone, the AI Bot that takes your questions knows exactly what the issue is and immediately refers you onto a real live person, (If needs be) and you get in line even on weekends. My problem was sorted quickly and efficiently and professionally. Their whole Take Profit Trader concept they give us is second to none and would only ever use them. They are amazing.

This is an EXACT copy of another trader's previous post. Same just happened to me. I passed evaluations and TPT immediately made the accounts PRO+ (skipped right over PRO). PRO+ from TPT SUCKS.

Passed the challenges and traded the PRO account with zero issues using my standard strategy—basic limit orders and adjusting them as the market moves. However, everything changed the moment I upgraded to PRO+.
It turns out PRO+ has much stricter compliance scrutiny that isn't clearly advertised. I was permanently banned for "normal" order cancellations. Their compliance team claimed I violated CME Rule 575 (disruptive trading/spoofing), even though I’ve used this exact same strategy for years with multiple other brokers (AMP, NinjaTrader,TD etc.) without a single flag from broker or CME
The "Trap":
* PRO accounts seem to have much more leeway.
* PRO+ (the "live" market tier) uses aggressive AI/algorithms to flag patterns that look like spoofing, even if you are just adapting to price action.
* There is no real appeal process; once you are flagged for Rule 575, it's a permanent ban and you lose all your progress and potential payouts.
If you rely on active order management or frequent cancellations, stay on PRO. Upgrading to PRO+ feels like a trap designed to seize profits from successful traders by applying hyper-strict technicalities that don't apply anywhere not even with real well known brokers.
