Love TS clothing- the quality is great and service is spot on. Points program needs some work but otherwise great.

Have been wearing the TS brand for over 10 years and is fantastic! Sometimes the sizing can be variable with different materials! Loving the brand now that there is more releases, I am less likely to be wearing the same clothes as other TS fashionistas

Very easy to purchase TS on line and from my experience the goods arrive a little quicker when I click and collect from Boutique. Very easy to return if the items aren’t suitable, providing they’re not clearance purchases of course.

Items on line are well presented
Fast delivery and easy returns. My favourite online shop.

Discounted prices are always a great deal and time to buy.

I didn’t find the staff at the Tauranga branch anywhere near as friendly as on previous visits, with the exception of Vicky who was over from Brisbane training! She definitely was warm and chatty.

I would highly recommend Taking Shape! Easy to use web site and instore staff are always friendly. The garment quality I have found to be always high. I have been shopping at the store for many years and do have some very old TS clothes that still look fantastic as good quality garments last!

have been very satisfied with most of my purchases. Returns need to be made easier_ address labels would help. I have not had to make many, vitruelle seems to be a size larger than the other brands- have had a few of those. I am a happy customer.

I would definitely recommend Taking Shape clothing. Their styles are fantastic and not just for mature women. I buy online and the service is fantastic and quick delivery.

I totally love ordering on line. I love looking at all the stock on line.When I order the stock is quick and prompt. Love taking shape cloths I get so many comments of how nice I look.

I’ve been shopping at Taking Shape for a number of years now. And I can always find something I like! Their styles are unique and fun, a lot different to other plus size stores, and their sizing is spot on. I love the range they have and enjoy shopping both instore where the staff are always so helpful and friendly, and online. Prices are a bit steep, but you are paying for something of quality and just that little bit different.

Love Taking Shape! Beautiful clothes, great quality, well priced and good selection! What more could you ask for??? The ability to waive the signature required for online deliveries that’s what! I am deterred from buying more clothes more frequently by the sheer inconvenience of having to go to the post office if you missed the delivery at home. How about the option of Authority to Leave?? It removes the responsibility from Taking Shape for the parcel and would make my life so
much easier!
