I think they are scam

I think they are scam, someone chatted me on Facebook and gave me a promo code to use which i did and i was given 30k, with his help i used the code to make up to $4500 but when i wanted to withdraw i was ask to make a deposit before i can do that

Pls I don't have anything to say about the tako win cos am still confused on it
I meet someone on telegram and he help me with a promo code and 30k was deposited,he help me with it and I have about 1m 9 that I can't withdraw cos the site said about depositing 30k minimum before I can withdraw
So my question is is this site legit
Will I be able to withdraw my money when I deposit 😒
