Scammed!
The photos they are posting is too good to be true but once you receive you will be so disappointed. The jewelry is very thin. They even sent me broken item. When I asked for a manager call back cause their customer service Kate is useless they just ignored. They want Mr to pay additional for the replacement. It's not my mistake that your item is broken and totally worthless and still you want the customer to pay? Pls avoid at all cost. Save your money and time. Do not make any transaction to them.

I bought a neck piece on 18 Nov and worn it on 28th Nov for a family outing when I returned back I saw my neck piece was broken and hanging on my neck.
When I raised a concerned about the Same the Tala gold team @ +971 52 538 2228 didn’t responded on the first instance and later demanded repair and pick up delivery cost of AED 125. When I denied paying repair charges agreeing on pick and delivery cost. They are neither replying or answering my calls.

As a resident in the UAE, the service was outstanding. Very helpful staff and fast delivery with a great product.

I had recently purchased a Bangle from Tala Gold. Literally the item was out of my expectations. Since it was a gold item I was little bit confused but once i got the product it was beyond the expectations and the product was just awesome. I had made an International shopping so they had a shipping charge 299 aed but that charge was also less compared to other websites. Also thankful to the customer care department who cleared all my concerns. Thankyou Tala Gold and hope for more shopping with you.

I wanted to give Tala Gold a try, but the experience was disappointing. A stone fell out of the bracelet I purchased, and when I reached out, the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service only added to the frustration. Unfortunately, the quality and service fell short, and I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback makes a difference if the store cares about its reputation.

If I can give a ZERO STAR I would. Paid 599aed and the rings broke into 2 pcs while my fiance was proposing to me in front of our family. Such a shame! Very thin like paper! Then we reached out to them and said it’s the first time someone got this experience (WELL SAW SAME REVIEWS THAT QUALITY IS BAD AND VERY THIN, BREAKS IN DAYS) Then they want us to pay 125 AED more for fixing??? I bought LV set and Bulgari green set. Both are very very thin. It'd like cannot be be noticed that anything is worn. The chain is too thin. I bought exactly same buy 1 get 1 free from a physical shop. Its better to go physical shop than online. Tala has good designs but very less weight. It's a rip off. The thread bracelets can be bought for 50aed in shops exactly same weight and pure 18k gold. Wouldn't recommend Tala gold. Delivery was fast in 3 days.

My boyfriend bought me a bracelet as a gift from this business, and after three days it snapped off my wrist as I was brushing my hair. Their customer service was then very poor. Blamed me for breaking it, tried to charge again and wasn’t very professional.
They then said they would deliver the bracelet fixed yesterday after speaking with manager and we’ll pay courier.
We sat and waited all evening and nobody came, we text again today and they said it was dispatched today and “probably” be here tomorrow. All in all not a happy experience and the business has lost customers in us.
All they needed to do was deal with the situation right and they wouldn’t of lost a customer.

Very poor quality they send items broken and don’t do refund I was forced to exchange the product and they still send me bad quality item and broken they are complete scam just want to take your money

Its looks like not real gold. Unlike i purchased to live selling just one checked i know its gold. The colours and the mark you know that real gold.
This is my first time to purchased here in tala. Im upset i cant find the hall marks! Because i know if real gold there is hall marks or its written 750.

Disappointed with Tala Gold’s Poor Quality and Customer Service

I purchased a necklace from Tala Gold, expecting good quality, but within just a month, the chain broke twice. I reached out to them with my feedback, hoping for a replacement or at least a response, but they ignored my messages. Worse, when I left an honest review on their Facebook page, they deleted it and even blocked me from commenting.

This is not how a reputable business should handle customer concerns. If you’re looking for durable jewelry and good customer service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I want to warn others about my awful experience with this online gold store. The quality of the gold jewelry I received was far below the advertised standards. The items looked cheap and poorly crafted, nothing like the photos on the website.

Please be cautious when using this online shopping site. They will never help you. I even asked if I could upgrade and pay more, but they didn't reply. They don't offer exchanges, and they don't care if you receive items in bad condition. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid this store at all costs.

Hey, I'm warning you about this company that sells gold jewelry online. Their stuff is really bad quality, nothing like the pictures. Don't be fooled by the low prices, they don't care about quality, they just want to make money. And the worst part is, they don't do returns or refunds. They say it's their policy, but it's just a scam. Stay away from this website, trust me.
