Cheating people with fake description. Poor quality of products
Please do not buy from them.
If at all you happen to be a person who can judge the quality vis a vis the price then this website will simply fail your expectations badly.
I received wrong products in first place and secondly the quality was extremely poor.One good luck rakhi costing 500. I brought four of them along with some other rakhis.
Even after their proclaimed 15 % discount I paid almost 2100 rs for rakhis assuming them to be of really good quality but to my surprise once I saw the actual product they were far inferior in quality for the price they were brought for.
Do not get fooled by their fake description.

We have checked all our records and your order history. You have place order which was shipped on time but now after 3 years you are raising a complaint but in your account, we don't see any of your complaint tickets regarding this order.
You have place this order for Canada and not for London. We have shipped your canada order which delivered on time. It might possible you have place order for London from any other website.
When any of our customers have order related issue they raise customer support ticket but in your order we don't see any communication regarding your order.

BEWARE of FRAUDSTERS
BEWARE - They are fraudsters. Placed an order to deliver rakhi in US after checking with the operator if they deliver in the area. The package was never delivered to the recipient and got a message that it has been delivered to the sender. On enquiring with customer service, got multiple response such as address is wrong and we tried but house was empty. They never left a note or tried calling the person. When I asked them to return my money or try again for delivery, in return they were asking for more money and clearly denied return of the money. Never had such worst experience with any other site. It was a big mistake choosing Talash.com!

Worst Experience Ever!!
Unacceptable and highly disappointed.
I have placed an order on August 5th.
I got an email on August 8th that my order has been shipped. I didn’t
look too much into it, however I got a call from my brother in Dubai
that they never received the rakhi, it has been almost three weeks
since I have placed my order. Every time, I click to button to track
my shipment it says that there is an error loading the page. I am very
disappointed and unsatisfied with the service given by this company. I got an email back stating that no one was home to accept the rakhi, but the address I gave for was a PO Box not a home address, since Dubai doesn't have home addresses and use PO Boxes instead. As I emailed back and forth with the customer support, they still can't deliver the rakhi anymore. So much for relying on talaash as they're one job was to deliver the rakhi at set location. I extremely angry and unsatisfied by the service and the customer support.

By emailing me same thing 20 times not going to change your services and I am not waiting for your refund, one thing I was expecting was to celebrate my rakhi that you have already ruined thanks for other wonderful services out there. By sending that repeated email you are fulfilling the formality but let me tell you it won’t satisfy your customer, only good service will satisfy your customer what wait you don’t have that so good luck with cheap service. I rarely got rude in my whole life thanks to your service.
I am sending online gifts from last 6 years but Talash.com is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I am not giving this review to get any refund,just to let everyone else know that I have tried every possible effort to communicate with team to get my rakhi delivered but with no success, I have been told that there is no delivery address but on same delivery address I am sending gifts from years. Still I agreed to pay extra money to get my rakhies delivery to another address. they have given me a link which didn’t work, I was contacting them more then 15 times stating it is not working and they kept sending me with another links with minimal to no explanation. I have tried multiple websites never had issues even some of them deliver things on same day. I have purchased it a week before rakhi but still pending. Please don’t get fooled with talash specially after looking at other reviews from customers I feel no surprise as this is what I have gone through, I have spent $72 AUD not for this services.

They scammed me. Not only was the item not delivered after 15 days; none of my tickets are replied to - NO REFUND IS PROCESSED, their PHONE NUMBER IS FAKE.
PLEASE do not order from them, they are scamming people. I WISH I KNEW WHERE TO GET THE REFUND FROM.
