Loved the service...I placed order at 9.30 pm and next day 2 pm my mom recieved birthday cake and flowers exactly same as shown in picture.I was little worried based on reviews here.
The delivery guy had called my parents but they were out so they helped and coordinated to drop off at neighbour's place.Great service instead of taking it back !!!
Loved the service and also I have placed order for 2 E-Vouchers and got both via email.I chatted with customer care and even they called to inform about delay of 1 E- voucher overall satisfied.
Extremely happy and will use it again!Hope I get same service!

I had a very bad experience.
I had a very bad experience. I order for Father’s Day.
First order, A combo of flowers and fruits. The order was delivered without flowers. Flowers delivered late evening, were all in bad condition and arrangement was ordinary not even 30% of what is shown on the site , I paid $43 for that. Fruits arranged in a basket that we take to mandir. Not even 50% of what shows on the site
Second order, was a chocolate bouquet with “I love you” sign. Order delivered with no arrangements, no ribbon (nothing), just chocolate cellophane taped around a bunch of flower.
Sent visual of the order delivered, customer service representative agreed on the first instance that it was not what was to be delivered and will ask the vendor to redeliver or refund my money. After 5 days of calling India, yesterday representative says sorry, vendor delivered what was asked for just the arrangement is not there and said he can’t do anything. I asked to talk to manager , no reply after that.
My question to talash team is why u put the pictures when you can’t deliver even the 70% of what is shown. Really bad experience. No consistency and very poor customer service. Poor quality of order delivered. I will ask all my friends and internet user not to order from here as they don’t deliver what is shown. Total waste of time and specially hard earned money.
No grievances and complaint department number.

How this site is still in business it baffles me. Diwali sweets were ordered from India for me (in US). They delivered the the order to the wrong address (which they repeatedly denied) until proof of incorrect delivery address was provided by the mail carrier (USPS). They tried to deliver 2nd time, and the shipment was returned back to sender - again who knows where they sent the shipment. We called their customer service so many times (that too internationally) & every time their responses was super lousy. Poor follow-up of every action item they agreed to.

After that, we had a talk with your father and on special request we have re-dispatched your order but second time also it returned back due to the address issue.
You can understand sweets are perishable in nature and thus now it is not possible for us to re-dispatch your order.
After the second parcel dispatch your father told us to make a correction and ship the order again but till the time the order was already shipped.
We have already incurred sweet+shipping cost 2 times.
We hope you understand our concern, putting yourself in our shoe and reconsider the rating. And we have shared you tracking details from USPS on your email ID for both the times.

I was little hesitant about sending items from US to Kolkata. However, their customer service made me completely confident when I called them and was able to talk to them and they promised me a timely delivery which in fact they did. The items delivered were exactly as described on the web site.
