My order was not delivered and the status is delivered. To whom the guys have delivered, that i have no idea.

Very bad people, no customer care support.

My order number is #100077925 is hasn't been shipped . its says shipping address is incorrect how its possible as other order shipped on same address by same courier services . This is ridiculous . getting notification mail 1 day before when item has to be shipped. don't know is that going to to be shipped or not ?
Trying to contact last 2 hours ...Its says user is busy and then after few mins call get cut off......If the can;t give service proper why this people doing business.....

Totally disappointed with the products you delivered. They dont even match to what was ordered. Its really unfortunate that on occasion like Rakhee you would really be so untrustworthy.

My order number is 100063340 for 6 Rakhis and Chocolates. Shipping company website shows as delivered on 13th got an email from Talash that it got delivered on 20. Dates don't match and In reality, nothing got delivered till date. this is frustrating and make us NRI think 100 times before trusting any Indian website. I have 2 tickets open for the issue and no response so far. I was pleased to see the collection on this website to send any gift to relatives in India. but after my first experience, I will never go back to order anything from this website and will make sure to warn other friends and family about this fraud if the order will not get delivered before Raksha Bandhan.

Super bad experience. They charged me Rs. 2200 for 2 Rakhis and 200 gms of kaju burfi and then did not deliver the sweet, just the rakhis. I tried several time to follow up with them and did not get any response. Zero customer support. Zero response back policy. Everything is just disgusting about them. DONOT trust them.

Order# 100071206 worth ₹2,000, it shows tracking ID of USPS, but address is completely wrong! This looks like complete fraud website. Please DO NOT order anything.

Because my product has not delivered till date it's been 10 minimum days and it was online payment and payment dne but nt reached TI'll now I have to take another action and I will do this . Snd my product asap

order placed on 08 Aug 2018. No update about shipment . No response from customer service even after repeated calls and emails. Feeling as if trusted wrong source to send and left with disappointment of not delivering Rakhee.

I ordered Rakhis to be sent to India on 15th of August. There was no other information or any further communication regarding the order until 21st of August. After putting a lot of effort in communicating with the customer care, I received multiple emails today saying that my order has been shipped, dispatched and delivered. The quality of the product was good and I am happy with it. I don't know if the delay in communication was due to the festival season (receiving too many orders in a short period of time), but I feel the customer service could have been better.

Very bad service.. my order is not delivered completely, it was ordered with sweet box but it is delivered without it and raised ticket also .. no action is being taken

Talash.com is a fraud website... I'm not sure about others...But they have never delivered the rakhi that I ordered and they have mentioned as "Delivered" as status when I login to my account on talash.com. Very bad, It is cheating. This kind of websites should be banned.

We ordered Rakhi costing USD 30. The items picture shown and the actual delivery is completely different. This site is FRAUD.

I have orderd rakhi to ODISHA. Inspire of repeated calls and messages NOBODY BOTHERS to even pick up the call. They have charged full money. How cheap the Services could be. I have orederd since 3rd August neither they call not receive the message what happened with that rakhi. The worst service one ever had is of TALASH. Fraud site

I've placed an order for something with the ticket number 100062075 and the money has been debited from my account. I've raised numerous ticket numbers as complaints and tried calling all the numbers given multiple times, but no response!!
Id really like to know what's happening or else Iam going to now lodge a formal complaint of fraud.

HORRIBLE SERVICES!! They did not allow me to change my order and charged my account and delivered something I never wanted. Also, their customer service did not reply to my email complaints. They do not care and charge your account once they receive your payment information. FRAUDS!!

Ordered a blue smurf cake 1kg.
What I received and what was advertised were two different products, not only was my child birthday turned out to be a joke as everyone was laughing, it was disappointing. After making several attempts to contact them it became virtually impossible to try and rectify the matter as the cake was ordered to be delivered on the birthday Fresh. I will never again order from this company. I urge people to think twice before ordering because once you receive the item if it’s not good quality you have zero chances to rectify it. And the cake does not look anything like a Smurf cake if it did I wouldn’t make a complaint. Further on I would like to say that Talash use the word Artisan to describe the cake makers yet they also mention that some states and areas May not have experienced cake decorators yet they go ahead and take peoples orders and hard earnt money knowing that they are running a contradicting business. They mention it might have slight variations to the website however I disagree as I had the entire cake with various differences compared to the one on the website. A smurf cake is the most basic cake to copy yet they sent me one looking like a rtard.They run their
Business like the cake I ordered an absolute joke. Never will I use their service. If I could leave a review on their website I would but incredibly coincidentally you as a customer don’t or will not have access to writing a review. If I could share a picture of their cake they made then may be you customers can see what a joke it is.

I have been using Talash.com service for more than 8 years and its always been excellent!

Excellent service! I have ordered flowers from Australia to be delivered in Kottayam, Kerala for my wife as a surprise....needed an early morning delivery at her workplace...not only they delivered it but waited for her and handed it personally making it really sweet!! My wife loved it and I would recommend it to everyone!!!! Never knew there are companies that aspired perfection and valued for customers values and occasions...was a really sweet gesture!!!! Will use it everytime!!! Keep up the good work!!! Cheers

Terrible experience! I had ordered flowers from Australia for my Mum in Mumbai for Mother’s Day. They did not deliver the flowers and gave me a new story every day when I questioned why. Poor customer service.

After I posted the review above, they contacted me to resolve the issue. They finally delivered flowers to my Mum almost a week after the original delivery date but the flowers were not the ones I had ordered. It is unfortunate that a response from them only came forth because of this review. I hope they realise the value of customer service and no one has to go through such an experience again.
