Just brilliant
Excellent packing, even when the delivery managed to bust the package, everything inside was still intact. Quality of materials is great. Good and friendly communication before placing an order. Manuals could be more detailed for us newbies and pictures bigger and clearer, I've unnecessary struggled so many times what or how to do next. Just copy Ikea. :)

Everything went well but the packages were almost destroyed.
Hopefully nothing was damaged or missing but it was close as fasteners were bleeding out of the cardboard box

All well, some iprovements desireable
Delivery on time and as expected.
If I can suggest some improvement, I wolud invest provide better mounting instructions. The pictures shall be more detailed (image quality wise) because sometimes there are doubts.

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Service from Talentec
I recently purchased an arcade top from Talentec. The presales communication was excellent, ensuring a smooth and informative buying process. The packaging was top-notch, protecting the product perfectly during its long journey. The shipping itself was impressively fast. The wood and plexiglass were precisely cut, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. However, the quality of the speakers was disappointing. Despite this, I highly recommend Talentec for their overall quality and service.

I love this Arcade Machine
Very fast shipping, really good quality. Also nice, that nothing has to be rendered/sandpapered, because the screws aren't visible from the outside. Wood is thick and sturdy, Manual was sufficient. For the Speakers / Sound Card a short manual would have been helpful, but I figured it out.
