I have asked to exchange/return several times the website is down the live chat is down and no one responds to email. My daughter has been in a back brace for 8 years she has finally allowed to get it off and was so excited about buying these new jeans . We saved up £70 and now can't return them. No customer service and bait/switch product

The product purchased does not look like the image advertised on the website. Also all the words on the garment was misspelled and the quality was very poor for what I paid. I contacted talishko for a return/refund as this is allowed within the first 2 weeks, but have received no reply. I emailed 4 times, messaged via the website, left messages on instagram and facebook. Even sent a message on facebook, all no reply. The jacket was not cheap so I feel this website might be a scam/spam site. I will be contacting my credit card company because I fear for my card since I used it through this very strange site. I even wonder about all the good reviews, if they are even legit. I really wanted to have this resolved before writing any reviews because I always want to give an opportunity to correct mistakes, but I’ve had NO reply at all from the company.

Radio silence over a month after ordering.

I made an order on 20th April, it is now May 22nd and it still has not even shipped yet.
The worst thing, though, is that I have sent 2 emails and an Instagram message and haven't got a single response yet. The messages haven't even be opened!

Will be taking legal action to try and get my money back.

The item I ordered was not suitable and…

The item I ordered was not suitable and I immediately contacted the company through the correct method to begin the returns process. However, over a week later I have still not received any further communication from them to confirm I can send the return into the for a refund, despite following up with further emails to them. On their website it states that there is only a two week window from deliver of items for them to be able to accept a refund and it has nearly been two weeks now. Talishko, if you read your reviews, please can you get in touch with me asap.

Must recommend!

I received my order much faster than I expected, however the size of my jacket was too big so I contacted customer service and they were great! They gave me multiple options of what they could do for me and were super understanding and efficient. Overall loved the quality of the jacket AND the fast communication with customer service. Good product but not sure I will buy again

I bought the Contrast Stitching Winter Coat. It was an international shipment and it was a bit confusing because I had to check every day on the web to see how it was going the shipment. After all, it wouldn't alert me of the state of my purchase through email. For the first few weeks, I thought I was scammed before seeing I could check through the web. The coat came looking exactly as it was shown in the pictures, and it's warm and comfy. I like most materials, even though the material on the inside is quite cheap (after one use it started to develop pilling). Also, the materials are not specified either in the tag on the coat or in the web, I don't like the lack of transparency in where the coat has been made and with what materials. The tag is pure gibberish.

But the coat is very warm, I have been using it every day since I bought it and I'm very happy with the purchase. The experience it's not the greatest and I have my reserves when it comes to international shipment, but I liked the product and I'm extremely pleased with my new coat.
