Really impressively bad

Really impressively bad. I joined last month and had my service suddenly cut off, no calls or data. When I called the next day they said my payment hadn't been taken for my rolling contract and so they cut service without notice or warning. They had my full credit card details and when they tried again it went through first time. I complained and they blamed me for their failure to take payment, said I could have paid through the app! Why would I if I didn't know there was a problem? Waste of money and terrible service, please save yourself the hassle.

Couldn't send or receive messages, after 4 phone calls to them, Alex solved my problem in a matter of minutes. 3 of his colleagues failed to fix the problem, so Alex deserves an 11 out of 10

No issues. And it's got better

I understand that most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. So I thought I would do one when things are working great.

Swapped over from another provider (as I do quite often) to get the new user prices. There was a great deal of £4.50 for a rolling 10gb monthly contract which I took. I found it through a link on facebook which was listed and cheaper than through uswitch etc.

I will agree that a month or so ago I did have call issues / quality etc for a couple of weeks, but since they turned on volte calls everything has got much much better. Call quality is A1, connection and service is good and the app, although not the best is adequate and tried you what you need to know.

With a rolling monthly contract you can jump ship if needed, so a no brainer. If you have issues, just goto someone else. I have had niggles in the past with lots of other providers - so it's just not talk home .

Likewise, I can only speak for myself and my experience with the company.

LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVEN'T LEARNED..

Left this company a year ago and I'm glad I did judging by the reviews from the past 12 months, they clearly show this company hasn't listened to the reviews, calls taking forever to connect, monthly payments not been taken out, money Been taken out but service cut off, number porting not going through........ All from a company that boasts being in the telecommunications business for 25 years..... It's a shame really I had high hopes for this company when I joined..... Extremely let down.....I joined 1P mobile after my experience and it's literally day and night....

Frustrating from start to finish!

The customer service phone number does not currently work, leaving email as the only way to contact them. Even then, every reply ignores the previous correspondence and forces you to start again from the beginning. The responses are often unclear, unhelpful, and fail to address the actual issue.
On top of this, they have repeatedly continued taking debits from my account after my SIM was ported to another company. I have had to stop these payments multiple times, yet they still attempt to take money again. Trying to bring this under control has been a constant battle and, at times, feels deliberately difficult.
I am leaving them because the service itself is poor across the board. Phone calls are unreliable, data is inconsistent and difficult to use, and overall performance is terrible. Combined with the inability to get proper support, it becomes an unworkable service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise to stay away. This has been one of the most difficult and untrustworthy experiences I have dealt with, and I am still trying to fully close the account after many months and endless emails.

We regret to hear you are dissatisfied with your experience. However, having reviewed your account and the full service history, we are unable to agree with the concerns raised regarding unauthorised activity or continued billing after porting.

Our records confirm that all SIMs were correctly ordered using your registered details, delivered and activated in line with standard procedures, and previously communicated to you in full, including number allocations and porting outcomes. One service remains active with a monthly rolling subscription, which continues until it is cancelled by the account holder.

We also confirm that services which were ported out or cancelled were not billed beyond their respective end dates, and no duplicate or unauthorised charges have been identified.

Where cancellation or auto-renewal is required, this can be managed directly via the customer account, after which no further renewals or charges will apply.

We appreciate your feedback, however based on our investigation and system records, we are confident that services have been provided and billed correctly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Not recommended

Added £10 credit, checked a couple of web pages to make sure the connection worked and the £10 is now £1.

Two days of messaging customer services and keep getting told it is with the relevant department and they will get back to me, to try in 2-3 hours. Each time I try I get the same reply, basically took £10 off me for nothing.

Over 60 hrs WAITING …

Over 60 hrs now waiting to be re connected to my voicemail. Live chat repetetive script info. Customer service dragging their feet. COMPLAINT via their email system not sorting it out stating we hope to resolve in 24 hrs!! I've given them today to finally have technical supervisor sort this out as URGENT. This isnt the first time my voicemail has dis connected. I will update this review if and when its sorted. I have a PAC number but this adds time and inconvenience.

Email at 1053 today Informed of re-connection. Not one apology from Live Chat where I first reported it on Mar 1st with my correct number. They followed 'guidelines' asking me for 24 hrs but didn't help my voicemail re-connection. I was inconvenienced and there was no connecting dots between the Live Chat and Customer Service email to verify details. No apology for time, inconvenience and no voicemail.
