3 important factors
-AI still mixes the genders of the speaker. Can't remember who I am and what I am.
-The "phone call" really tries hard to only talk only about "what I like", which isn't what I need a phone call for.
-Can't tune the level of conversation. AI either talks too much, or uses words out of my level. It should be able to adapt to A1 / A2 / B levels..

Edit: Add multiple scenario variations to the regular chat scenarios. Lead the conversation in diversity rather than having the user create the dynamic and unique conversations.

It doesn’t teach you at all
It doesn’t teach you at all. It just provides an average conversation in the language you are learning. And sometimes the foreign words are completely wrong. I think it will get better in time but it wasn’t great for a beginner like me

Talkpal AI is a company that could give lessons to many other businesses. Their support is exceptional and while the app is AI, their back up support is very much handled by humans. One such support person is Sophie, who was very helpful and very prompt in replying and assisting.
