They have been charging me for months…
They have been charging me for months even though I canceled my subscription during the demo phase they receive my emails and respond with I’m sorry but your subscription is still active. Can’t stand that they keep stealing my $ and email to let me know they can’t do anything . Been 6 months now of them charging me and receiving emails that they understand they I want to cancel but they can’t do it without my permission they have my permission cancel my account then radio silence from them. Con artist

At any time you may log in to your Talkroute account, navigate to the billing page, and choose "cancel my account". You can also contact us by phone at 1-800-747-2140 to cancel an account.
If you send a cancelation request via email, we will request that you verify some account information to ensure that you have permission to make changes to the account. Once we have that information, we can then honor the cancelation request by email.

Talkroute has been a LIFE SAVER!! We where using Grashhopper before and HATED IT! It was so hard to use and understand. Talkroute provides a super easy to understand user interface and easy to understand as well as set up calling options (which something can get super complex) They offer many many great feature like call queues, call transferring, call recording, different phone numbers and so much more. Plus to top it all off they have top quality customer support when you have a question. You can reach them by chat, email, and EVEN PHONE!!! Yes PHONE!!! We will be doing business with Talkroute for a super super long time!!

Perfect balance of VoIP & call forwarding
Talkroute is the only VoIP solution that we found that provides all of the features you want from a VoIP phone system and still allows you to use your existing cell phones without being forced to make calls over wifi or data.
I love having the flexibility to receive calls on my computer with their desktop app and take calls on my cell phone when I'm out of my office.

I am not normally one to bring my negative sentiments about a business online but Talkroute definitely deserves a bad review. The sales team is AMAZING. They can make you believe they’re selling you the solution to all your problems. When in reality they’re selling a half baked product that has constant server issues. We had multiple periods of downtime on our phones the month we worked with them. We requested for a credit to make up for the headache and lost time. They responded by telling us they don’t offer any support or credits unless the issue is ongoing for 24 hours. If our phones go down we don’t make money, we don’t have time to call/email support 2-3 times per week. If you need reliable phone service then avoid talkroute at all costs.

Talkroute does offer service-related credits if the issue lasts less than 24 hours. However, eligibility is based on when the issue is reported, when the issue is resolved, what was the cause of the issue, and if the issue was directly related to the Talkroute service.
Unfortunately, if the issue is never reported to our support team, we are unable to diagnose the cause of the problem and provide a resolution or provide a service credit.
If you would like to revisit Talkroute in the future, we would be happy to have our support team set up your service for you so that we can ensure that everything is working perfectly.
Finally! A Virtual PBX that offers HIPAA Compliance!
Most of these virtual phone services are pretty similar but Talkroute was the only one we found that offered HIPAA compliance and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This was absolutely essential for us to deploy this type of solution in our office. Their custom support was also amazing about getting us everything we needed the same day. Pricing was also excellent.
