Excellent product and service

Excellent product and service. This mapping software so much better than the original Garmin mapping. It has actually got buildings on it in the Lake District Park. Going out to use it this weekend in Yorkshire. Happy days....!

Didn't work for me

The map seems like it would be a quality product but unfortunately I never got to see it. I wasn't able to download it; turned out the Internet connection where I was staying (I needed the map for an event up north) wasn't great and my 3 downloads were used up without any of them actually completing. A shame as I would have tried again at home for future use if they hadn't expired without working. A good idea in theory but didn't work at all for me, effectively got nothing for my money.

Christina, I'm sorry to hear that you had issues downloading the map, but you could have contacted me and I would have happily resolved the issue of the link expiring. However, I can't be held responsible for the poor internet connection you were using as that is beyond my control.

Furthermore, this is the first I've heard from you since placing the order.

You haven't called any of the 3 UK telephone numbers I list on my site, nor have you emailed me, or used the feedback form, or even the chat box on my site to allow me to try and resolve the issue.

I have now re-enabled your download link so that you can try again.

As you can see from over 90% of the other reviews I offer a very high level of customer support; but I can only do that if you let me know there is a potential issue in the first place and give me a chance to resolve it.

I tried to call you this afternoon (yes on a Sunday), so that I could discuss this with you and show you the level of support I give to all my customers...

Update: I called again today (Tuesday) and left another voicemail, as you have not responded to this response or to the voicemail I left for you on Sunday. It is very hard to resolve a problem if you won't respond.

Update2: As you still have not replied to any of my contact attempts, I have now (Wednesday 31st Jan) cancelled your order and issued a full refund of your payment.

Wanted Etrex30 GPS mapping for Italy .... and ... and ... and then there is TT :) :) :)

Excellent. The combination of available material makes this a great base mapping system for preparing for any walking route (Italy & Sicily) ... (loved the inclusion of water taps :) :) :) . Very necessary .... Cons: For the price @ £11.00 ---- Nothing :) ... especially when there is nothing else available for both Garmin and for W10. TKS MO aka TT :) :) :) NigeCh
