Order placed in January for two pairs of trousers. Finally received one pair many weeks later but still no sign of second pair despite several e-mail attempts to get in touch. Website continually "undergoing maintenance".
Sounds like I was lucky to get the pair I did, but not hopeful on anything else.

Since making and paying for her order in December 2017 my wife has not received anything from this company. There have been no replies to her telephone messages or her emails - absolutely nothing. That said, from information found online, this company has applied to be struck off the register at Companies House and will be dissolved at the end of January 2018. However, it appears they are still trading from their website, so please BEWARE!
Bad communication, took over a month for them to send the products. Were bad quality and after having returned part of my order I never received a refund nor do they respond to any e-mails about this.
I ordered some items from this company and all I received was an order acknowledgement. I tried ringing several times but was never able to get through to anyone. I sent a letter by recorded delivery chasing my order. It came back saying that royal Mail were unable to access the address to deliver it. Luckily I paid by credit card, so was able to claim the money back from my bank, but what a hassle. My daughter ordered some items at the same time and had the same problems. Sadly she paid by debit card so lost her money. These people are thieving scumbags. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Ordered on june 24.th 2015 and the package was delivered today (August 15.th) in Denmark. I've tried numerus times to communicate with the company regarding delivery, but no one answered.
When it finally arrived, I realized that the quality is so bad it's practically useless. Everything needs to be re-sewn. Legs aren't same length, one dress is crooked, fabric is the thinnest and cheepest there is ect., ect.

Ordered pants 10th Februaryand still waiting. After numerous phone call and e mails still nothing. It is now 14th March. E mails now coming back as service not known. Phone calls remain unanswered. Terrible service. Terrible company and staff that don't know their arse from their elbow , that is when the phone is answered. have requested refund but have had no contact from anyone.
