Easily the best customer service out there
I recently ordered a pair of boots from Tallerly for my boyfriend to wear during formal occasions. However, the size I ordered was incorrect and I was really concerned that I wouldn't be able to get the size changed before dispatch. This is where Jeff came in. Not only did he change the size, but he assured me that the shoes will arrive before our next event (which is in less than one week away!). Not only did the shoes arrive on time, the quality exceeded both our expectations, and my boyfriend absolutely loves it! I'm very thankful to Jeff for facilitating the service and will definitely recommend others purchase from Tallerly if they're looking for a combination of great products and great customer service :)

Very good customer service
Good experience purchasing from Tallerly. Delivery is quick (standard delivery), and Jeff is very helpful in helping exchange a pair of shoes which do not fit well. Will definitely recommend it to other people.

I ordered a pair of boots from tallerly that unfortunately was not the right size for me. However, Jeff was quick and efficient in actioning the returning process and was able to ship me the correct size within a matter of days. Great customer service and efficient processes!

These shoes surpassed my expectations
These shoes surpassed my expectations! I originally got these shoes as a confidence boost for that extra height, but considering the nature of the raised heel, I totally expected something gimmicky with little to no quality. However, to my surprise, they actually turned out to be more stylish than I expected and of exceptional quality! They are also really subtle in the outward appearance of the raised heel, which I was hoping for as well. Will easily be a return customer!

Some of the best boots I've worn
Some of the best boots I've worn. I've had a pair since 2022 and they haven't failed me yet. They're stylish and comfortable enough to wear for over 6 hours without a problem. Plus people will notice the height without realising it's the shoes initially. Far superior to Platform shoes.

I was a little hesitant at first…
I was a little hesitant at first placing my order but after ordering my first pair to wear in the office I can say from packaging to how comfortable my pair of shoes are, there's nothing like tallerly in the market. being 5'6 I've tried a few other companies and can safely say that these look the most authentic and give a great 3inches of height without anyone knowing. Highly recommend getting a pair to anyone thinking.
