Product is great but response by service department not so much.

They boost my height from 6'0 to about 6'3 with both the 1.5-inch insoles and my regular ones put together. I highly suggest using caution when making sharp turns or walking on uneven surfaces as I almost ended up with a sprained ankle under both circumstances. Other than that, they've been fun to use. As to whether or not I'll be a repeat customer, my answer would have to be no. I can achieve the same effect with a good set of steel-toed boots, although they won't look as "stylish" as these.

This is my second time & 2nd order. Tallmenshoes never disappointment me. Delivery was on time & smooth (to think that I live in Saudi Arabia). Shoes were great, comfortable and elegant! Looking forward for my 3rd orders.

I have been buying from tallmenshoes for a long time now. Everything is fine. Just something I've always noticed but never bothered to mention is that your claim of height increase on the shoes are way way off. I always purchase the 3.2 inches which would equal 8.128 cm. However your shoes are nowhere close to that claim as at best i measure it out at 5cm height increase at best. I never minded too much as I wanted to reach a certain height and your shoe prices and selection are somewhat competitive. And that is why I am forced to buy no less than the 3.2 inches (8cm) just to get a height of increase of approx. 5cm. Since you are asking -after all these years - I thought I'd let you know. And I think that most of us that buy these shoes make it a very picky point to constantly measure ourselves and the elevator shoes that we buy to see the difference. You claim 3 2 inches but its more like 1.95 inches in total.

Just thought I'd let you know. Maybe you can do something to correct this issue.

Also, it would be nice to have much more options that are up to date with current fashion and style (actually copy of normal fashionable shoes but make them with height increase) AND to have options in height increase categories. For example, there are very nice styles that would be of interest in the 3 inch category BUT they are not available in the 3.2 inch category. You should make ALL styles available in ALL height increase categories. We should be able to choose the style and then the option of how much of a height increase we want (a true and actual height increase as stated)
