I’m a HUGE fan of Tallow & Ash ever since trying their products at the beginning of last year! Their subscription service is amazing & their product range is absolutely incredible (a biggg shout out to my faves - Fresh Pistachio Laundry Products & The Stain Pen). I’ve only ever experienced an issue with my order once which was due to the courier losing my order & when I emailed to follow up on the problem, it was dealt with on the same day by the lovely Thea which I am incredibly grateful for. Their rewards programme is also the gift that keeps on giving & I am so glad I decided to give Tallow & Ash a try, I have never looked back! Thank you to everyone on the team for being such amazing, helpful & lovely people, your efforts & energy do not go unnoticed by your loyal customers xxx (P.S- Pretty please bring back Country Club if possible, that limited edition laundry scent still lives in my mind rent free & I dream of the day I can climb into my bed with that beautiful scent on my freshly washed bedsheets)

Love, love, love most of the scents, the products themselves are excellent and actually quite good value for.money if you do a subscription. Quick delivery too.

I am leaving a review of my purchase experience as, although my order did not quite go to plan, the customer service I received to rectify the issue was above and beyond. I assume there was a picking error as the package I received was not as per my order. I contacted Tallow Ash and received a very prompt response which was very apologetic and providing various options for me to choose from in order to rectify the issue so it was sorted very quickly and efficiently. I am confident that I am dealing with a caring, conscientious company so will not hesitate to place future orders. All in all the products are lovely and just as important, the customer service is faultless. I only knocked off one star due to the fact that I received the incorrect goods, apart from that everything is 5 star rating.

Ordered Icing on the Cake and Little Miracle laundry shampoo and conditioner. They both smell absolutely divine!!
Unfortunately the package when delivered was damaged and half of the Little Miracle
conditioner was lost.
I contacted Tallow and Ash and a new one is being sent out - absolutely first class customer service!
I'm drying the packaging at the moment to recycle it - my kitchen smells gorgeous!!
Will definitely be a return customer.

My whole washing experience has been turned on its head thanks to Tallow and Ash!
I received my first subscription and samples set last week and once I started to test each of the scents I haven’t stopped my washing machine. The scents are delightful and each has its own unique charm. I realised that I wanted to use different ones for differing types of laundry and started with my bedding and used the Oud scent. For my summer clothes Fresh Pistachio and wintery clothes Icing on a Cake. My Dad loves Odyssey as it has the notes of a good aftershave .
Once I’ve finished the samples I’m going to add to my collection with our favourites so that the whole family can enjoy their own tailored washing routines,
A really good quality product that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I have been buying Tallow & Ash fabric shampoo and conditioner sets since the very early days of the company. Tried pretty much all the scents through the sample packs, and have settled on a couple I buy on repeat (also love their limited edition scents which they bring out regularly).

The products are very effective and elevates the very dull task of doing the laundry. I love that the company recently changed the bottle design based on customer feedback.

However, the star of the show for me personally is their stained remover pen. This product recently TOTALLY saved my light blue denim skirt.

I dropped a yakitori stick of meat and veg onto my lap (🤣🫣) which was covered in orange/brown sauce. It was awful.

Luckily I had the pen with me and completely went to town with it. Yes my skirt had a soaking patch for about 20min while we finished our meal. Once it dried, I only had very light paint orange marks left - it has all come out in the wash. Without the pen, I would have had to walk around with very visible stain all night, and then chances of it coming out in the wash would have been slim.

Love this product so much - it’s effective, smells lovely and the refillable packaging is really chic (looks like a makeup product…I actually keep it in my makeup pouch in my handbag permanently).

I need to buy more pens (and refills) to make sure I have this pen stashed in different bags, so am never without it 😍

Tallow & Ash customer service is also second-to-none, really responsive via email or Instagram, in my experience. I hope this company continues to do well.
