I've been using Tallow & Ash for about a year and a half now, and honestly, I've been really happy with them. The products work well, and the scents are lovely. My favourite is Aurora, it's fresh and clean, lasts well on clothes, and isn't too strong.

One of the reasons I decided to try them was that they're plant-based, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and safe to use around pets, which was important to me. They're also dye and enzyme free, and I've found them to be gentle enough for everyone in the household, including those with sensitive skin.

I like that they don't rely on lots of harsh chemicals but still get clothes properly clean. Everything comes out smelling fresh and feeling clean without any issues.

I also use their stain remover powder with white washes, and it's worked really well for me. It helps lift stains and keeps whites looking brighter.

The refill system is another big plus. You keep the main bottles and refill them using pouches, which helps cut down on plastic waste. It's a simple idea, but it makes a difference. The fact they are just delivered without me having to remember is a god send!

It's also nice knowing that the ingredients are biodegradable and that the brand is vegan and cruelty-free. Those things matter to me, and it's good to find products that fit with that.

Overall, Tallow & Ash have become a regular part of my laundry routine. Good products, great scents, and a more environmentally conscious approach than many alternatives. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. I’m just waiting for them to bring out ironing water in my fav scent!!

I love their fabric sprays. Obsessed. I have been using continually since December 2025.

I have tried all and my favourites are the Oud and Rain & Salted Moss. I love that they are safe on all surfaces and the smell lasts for ages. I get so many compliments on how lovely my home smells. I have recommended to friends who know use but also have removed chemical smell plug-ins and Febreze from their home ritual.

I have two kids, a cat and a dog and so this product, notably with its antibacterial quality is a daily part of my life now.
Do it, you wont regret anything.

Leaves clothes amazing soft, clean and smelling like heaven.
Add a drop of exlior for added freshness (not that it is needed)

Orders arrive well packaged, you can choose a subscription to pay monthly, so many wonderful scents, but try the oud- the smell is divine 😀

​I just wanted to share how absolutely thrilled I am with your laundry detergent and fabric conditioner! The scent is incredible and genuinely lasts for days after washing. My clothes and linens have never felt softer. On top of that, a little goes a long way, so it’s great value for money. Thank you for making laundry day a much more pleasant experience.

I do very much like these products, and the aromas are wonderful. There has been some discussion about how long the scent lasts on laundry, and in my experience it does depend upon washing conditions and certain fabrics. I find that if clothes have been air dried in the garden, the scent pretty much vanishes. Indoor drying, however, does preserve the scent better. I believe the company recommend smaller washes on cooler temperatures for shorter periods of time, plus adding an extra capful for good measure. This is all very well, but it does restrict one's laundry options and increase the cost if you're having to use more of the product.
I recently bought one of the fabric sprays and I have noticed that the trigger and the plastic collar that you tighten, are inclined to come loose and do not seem that robust. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I knock the bottle over and there is a leakage.
Customer service has been superb, I have to say.

The products themselves are just lovely. So well packaged, they smell incredible, and the service has been consistently excellent.

I'm so glad I found Tallow and Ash. Not only do they produce great washing shampoos and conditioners,which really clean well smell amazing and leave my laundry feeling fresh, but they are a fantastic company to deal with if you have a query/problem. Mariane, Rea, and the rest of Tallow and Ash have absolutely been wonderful! I honestly haven’t tried their products yet. (So context is: Evri has lost my package and has ignored the issue, so I reached out to Tallow&Ash and without a doubt they’ve sent me a new one) but they have been very understanding regarding the issue and sent a replacement right away. Customer service is a 10/10. This ain’t no scam! Thank you, ladies. Can’t wait to try them once I get back from my holiday 🥰🤗

I've had a fantastic experience with Tallow & Ash. Their products are excellent quality, smell amazing, and clearly have a lot of thought put into them. Everything I've tried has exceeded my expectations and left my clothes feeling fresh and well cared for.

What really stands out is their customer service. The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping their customers.

No fragrance or smell whatsoever- on either the larger bottles I bought or the samples - really disappointing - had to rewash in persil and comfort after using the baby powder scent as came out smelling musty - don’t waste your money - another social media scam.

Absolutely gorgeous scents , I now enjoy doing the washing. With small baby and teenagers very effective with no irritation to anyone’s skin . Had an issue with lost package , however, customer service are very helpful and immediately dispatched a new package , also answered all emails promptly and I look Howard to further purchases.

The products smell AMAZING! I have tried both duvet day and icing on the cake - my bedding has never smelt so good! I actually look forward to wash day now!

Five stars doesn’t even cover it. I had an order that didn’t quite go to plan, so had to enquire about what went wrong. The service and help I received went above and beyond. My wife has used the product before and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Anyone considering using it, take that plunge, great product, great customer service. Also, a big shout out to Lili-Ann, who as I said went above and beyond about a small detail.

One scent was sold out which I didnt realise when my subscription came out. Swapped it over to another scent no problem!
