Placed an order and paid extra to be delivered within 24hours. I sent tried calling and sent messages via the website contact page with no response, only when I emailed them that I got a generic email back stating that they were supposedly moving and all orders will not be sent. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Lets see if they actually refund me.

So bad it might be a scam?
It’s such poor quality I’m not sure if it’s a scam or not?
The pages are wonky, some pages are ripped, there are weird slacking issues in the text, like it’s been make on a cheap word app. I am so disappointed with this product and for £30ish I expected a quality book. It couldn’t be further from that. Don’t trust the reviews on their website

Placed an order that was never dispatched. Tried to contact them - no response. 2 weeks later I got an automated email that the item was out of stock. Had to assume it wasnt coming and buy a gift elsewhere. Zero communication and will avoid in future.

Excellent service from TT. Quick service & when I made a mistake in my order I contacted them to rectify it and they assisted me straight away and resolved the issue for me. Absolutely great customer service. Highly recommend them for any book you need!
