Disappointed
To be honest we have used NORAD a couple of times and had great holidays but this last one did not live up to our expectations.
Unfortunately we did not get the standard of hotel we requested but trusted the girls in the office for their advice. The area was lovely but the hotel although ok was not up to our usual standard.
Would only use NORAD again when Joe is in the office!

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your feedback, we were sorry to hear that you didn't receive the usual high standard of service you have received before when booking at Norad Travel, Gloucester. Our staff always endeavour to find the best accommodation options available to each guests requirements. Sometimes budget, location, timing and availability can affect this. We are glad you enjoyed the location of your holiday and will take on board your comments regarding the quality of your hotel.
