this website is a total scam, they sell Vibram shoes, but they are completely 100% fake, I ordered a pair and within a few days the rubber soul is already starting to wear down a lot,and the velcro literally disintegrated then I ordered a real pair of the vibrams and they are 1000 times better, it’s just insane. How a brand can sell a totally fake product.

The shoes are AWFUL. Much too small, very hard. Cheap and nasty knockoffs. There is zero branding on the shoe, and it’s very obvious it just shipped from a cheap Chinese factory. The packaging was yuck. Just all in all, VERY disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam- ordered some shoes arrived wrong size and not looking anything like the picture. Emailed multiple times to return, no response and then website stopped working. DO NOT BUY from this company - it is a SCAM

Purchased from the website close to 3 months ago - never arrived. Have emailed multiple times - have received various excuses. Fire in the warehouse, order lost, new order sent but no tracking provided. Keep sending long winded emails that don’t actually say much at all… keep saying they’ll give me a ‘discount’ on my order. Discount? I never received it I want a refund! Blatantly ignoring my requests - absolute scammers and disgusting people!!!!!!

Bought a pair of the croc ballet flats back on 17 June. Have written numerous messages to no response. On 27 July I received an email saying they had a fire and would be now sending out their deliveries due to new stock having been acquired. It is now nearly 3 months since I purchased them and have sent more messages in the last few days to absolutely no response. It was a financial splurg for me; any advice on how to lodge a complaint to get my money back would be awesome.
They are a sham site/company. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered crocs from them that took 3 weeks to arrive. Then reached out to them to coordinate an exchange and they never reached. Horrible service, scam behavior. DO NOT BUY

I ordered size 10 croc mary-jane’s from this company. they delivered size 9 in about 2 weeks and a bit. I immediately asked them to correct their error. they did not respond for weeks. eventually offered me 30% refund and i can keep the wrong sized shoes. then offered 50%. same bot response each time. incredibly disappointing. be wary because if they make a mistake they will not correct it. It’s now more than a month since the shoes were delivered and they have still not fixed the error. very slow to respond to complaints
