Hi Maria, thank you for your review and I am very sorry to hear you haven't taken delivery yet. We were totally unaware that you hadn't received delivery as were told by our logistics company that it was being delivered on the 11/03/22. I have now been in touch with the logistics company that deals with our Northern Ireland deliveries and apparently there was an issue with the contact telephone number and that they couldn't get hold of you. I did confirm with them the number that we had on our order and also tried to ring you but couldn't get an answer.
They have confirmed with me that it is out for delivery today so hopefully you will receive it today. If you can confirm that is the case, it would be much appreciated.
We did only receive your pergola into stock on the 9th March and we do say to allow 15 to 30 working days delivery for Northern Ireland.

Outstanding!!!!!! Sums up our experience with Talor.
Every step of the way, from order confirmation, through to delivery. No false expectations, regular updates and on time delivery. The whole experience felt very ‘personal’, as though ours was the only order they had to care for.
Following delivery we received a ‘personal’ email asking if “we were pleased with our garden furniture and accessories”………which we are…. What more could you ask for. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Definitely recommend!
The furniture I ordered wasn't ready to be delivered immediately but I was kept up to date by Talor Garden Furniture when it was expected in. When it was ready to be delivered I was emailed with a delivery date and contacted by the logistics company to arrange a suitable time and date. Talor sent an email asking how the delivery had gone and if I needed any further information on the furniture to get in touch which was great. Very satisfied with Talor Garden Furniture and would definitely use again.

A very positive experience
My whole customer experience was very positive. Our garden furniture delivery was delayed last year due to global circumstances and I was regularly kept up to date with the status of our order. I felt that customer satisfaction and offering a personal experience was very important to the company and I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service.
In advance of buying I had a couple of queries which were answered really quickly.
When I placed my order, the delivery guidance was 15 - 30 working days. However, my furniture was delivered within 10 days.
The company also followed up after the delivery to check everything was in order.

Great outdoor furniture!

Excellent patient online customer service helped me to select the right size and fabric colour by sending extra dimensions and swatches. The waterproof fabric is also the nicest that I’ve seen as some, like the ‘Life’ range seen in garden centres, look very course and ‘plasticky’. The Talor fabric is much softer and smoother. Thank you Talor: l love my new furniture. And the yellow santorini cushion suggestion sets it all off perfectly. 😃

Very good service. Helped me to select a different garden set when the one I was interested in was not available. The order took a long time to arrive but they were easy to contact to enquire. Was kept up to date about delivery and the delivery company was very good. We are very happy with product quality.

Excellent customer service and really happy with our garden furniture. I ordered a corner seat with table and it was well packed and arrived promptly. The delivery guys even came in the storm much to my surprise!
