rhinestones are not evenly disbursed, the right breast area is almost completely naked compared to the left, speaking of asymmetry, the large external shoulder pads are not symmetrical, and the dress is essentially a tube, not form fitting... it fits the hips but is ultra baggy and tacky at the waist, straight up like some stuff from china for double the price

Was bummed the cape I originally ordered wasn’t actually available, but they reached out about it quickly and I was able to get another one that was just as beautiful instead without placing a whole new order. It arrived quickly and the quality is fantastic!

I bought a bodysuit, which didn't fit. I tried to contact them about returning it which it said you could do on the website, but didn't show an address. I reached out via email, Etsy, and Instagram. 9 days later I got a reply from Etsy. Refund window is 14 days so that seemed pretty poor. Seriously don't buy anything from this company unless you know you won't have to send it back. Customer service was practically non existent.

The delivery was quick, Quicker than I expected as it was international.

The experience was good. The website was easy to navigate, the photos were high quality and showed off the garments well. When I got the capes and tights they looked like they did in the photos. International shipping was easy and the packages came quickly (I waited less than two weeks). Overall a wonderful shop with great products, and I'll definitely shop here again.
