Followed the instructions and paid for a locker, but it allocated one that was already being used. So much for security! I phoned the company 3 times however after "pressing 1" for the English version, and only getting German, I gave up and emailed them.
They asked for my booking details, which they should have already had as it was connected to my email address. I sent them the detsils and after two days, and three more emails, I have had NO response and NO refund.

The left luggage locker I was given was already in use. I phoned the help line which told me to take photos and details and email it to them and I would be given a refund. I had to pay for another locker. I emailed the company with all the relevent information but no reply. Eventually after the 3rd email I did get a reply saying I hadn't sent the photos etc - which I had. I replied to this and re sent everything again but since then no response. Appalling customer service.
