I shoot Steel Challenge and recently discover my “bolt stop pin” fell out during g cleaning. The issue was a broken pin that was going to be VERY difficult for me to replace. TK said to send it to them for a warranty repair. I informed them that I had a match coming up in 30 days. They said if I get it out to them that week they would get the lower back to me in 2 week. They did exactly this AND replaced the slide lock lever that was showing wear and replaced this n/c as a stronger replacement came out. The folks at TK are the best and make the best parts as well. Thank you again for being a stand up company. Customer forever!

Tandemkross is a great company with excellent customer service. During their Christmas sale I attempted to order lowers for the Ruger pistol. There was a glitch in the computer system that wouldn’t let me order and the sale went off. I contacted customer service and Jeff S. helped me complete the order. Outstanding service all the way around. A+

I love this company I placed an order post office lost it(stolen?) I thought this was the beginning of the end of our new hobby my wife and I, the nice Folks at tandemcross sent me a new order for free and even paid the $32 UPS fee if I could I'd give them 10 Stars I would, in contact with customer service the whole time turned a horrible experience into a pleasant one thank you tandemcross!!!!

Slipped from the provided screw onto the barrel and scratched my expensive special Edition Mark IV Davidson Paint.

Tandemkross is a fairly new company that provides parts and accessories for many different firearms. I've picked up some very useful accessories to upgrade my 22/45 lite. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent.
