Shoddy fix-up, radio silence except for bill
My wife took an appointment here for a tooth exam when she was approximately 7 months pregnant. On the phone they assured her her pregnancy would not be an issue and they could do an x-ray and properly examine/fix the tooth. Upon arrival they refused to do the x-ray, but put in a temporary filling which we were assured would last a few months. They gave her a follow-up appointment for a date approximately 7 months later. We were assured there would be a reminder at which point we could confirm or reschedule, otherwise we would never book anything that far in advance.
The temporary filling fell out and the tooth broke after 4 months, and another dentist has told us the tooth now needs capping. We heard nothing about the follow-up appointment until we got a bill for a missed appointment. Needless to say we will not be back.
