In November ”25” t-koll rang. I thought nice offer, free electric toothbrushes, but you buy the toothbrushes. I ordered 4 for Christmas for family and friends. The quality was so bad. I tried calling, but no one answered and sometimes I could leave a message which no one returned. I returned all 4 el t-brushes within the 14 days, plus I could leave a message stating they were on their way. I got a bill in jan from HM Bygge &konstruction (påminnelse). A konstruction company selling toothbrushes? So I dug further enuff to call konsument verket and the police!! I finally got a hold of a manager or something like that and I told him all about my search and I dared them to send my bill for collection. Konsument verket was ready to jump in and help take care of the matter. I also told him if they proceeded further and it ended up in kronofogden and court, that they will be paying for any and all legal fees or any other issues they created trying to take me down! I have not heard or recieved anymore bills or reminders. I tried the telephone # of the man I spoke with just to be sure things were ok, and guess what? It’s disconnected! So are all the phone#’s they had and trust me there are many!! If it’s too good to be true, stay away. Document everything, pics, e-mails, phone #’s… stand up and fight these scammers, if you’re within your rights, do whatever’s possible to radicate these companies so they don’t hurt anyone else. I did and for now..we’ll see!!! Keep your guard up and fight!!🙏🏻🤗👍
