It would have been perfect, if I would have purchased the correct size. Quality product, great selection, good service.

I have definitely used these body trimmers before. They’re actually my favorite body trimmer that Philips Norelco discontinued so I saw them on Tanga and I bought two. When they arrived I noticed they were sticker priced for less than I purchased them, a good $25 less. Not sure how I feel about that because I was overcharged. Shouldn’t I be charged the same as the sticker price?!

Purchased a digital download. Police said 30 minutes to 2 hours for download to appear. After 4.5 hours I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They refused, and did bother to rectify the issue. They didn’t abide by their own policy. Buyer beware!

THIS COMPANY IS A GROUP OF LIARS THAT SAY THE WILL SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDER THEN NEVER DO! I have tried to get AMEX to step in but they defended their lies so well that Amex actually believe them over their client!

I ordered a HydroTech 100ft expandable hose from Tanga.com. The hose came in a taped up box that was previously open, dirt and leaves were in the box. The end of the hose was broken off completely and there was water dripping from the end of the it. It was obviously used and returned broken. So Tanga decided to throw it back in the box and resell it. They con you in to spending an extra $3 for "checkout+" a so called service for order protection. I obviously sent the broken item back and get refunded minus the $3. How many people they doing this to? I wouldn't purchase a crayon from this place. The stuff they sell is used and broken crap! Stay away from Tanga !

It was at my door in a couple days! I’m really happy with my purchase! Easy to set up, it moves a lot of air around, and when I have it on High it is no louder than a box fan! On low I forget it on until I walk in front of it and feel the air it’s moving

Darienne in customer support helped correct an issue.
There was a very prompt reply to my message and was very understanding.

Better than expected and the fabric is very light and breathable!

FedEx had trouble delivering the item I ordered at first. I reached out to Tanya’s customer support and then sent me a reshipment. I received the item the second time. Happy with the service and the end result.

I have used Tanga for many years with no problems, but lately I have been scamed every time I order something, the price at check out is not the price I am charged once for $1 7.00 another for $9.00 more, trying to contact customer support is a waste of time I can't get through, no phone number, no Emails that work and I only get the pre arranged list with which never answers the question I need answered,my last order came from Poland its been 2 weeks and it has never left Wasaw Poland and gives no estimate of arrival, I was never told it was comming from over seas.
