Wow. Tangem reached out to me to figure out how to bring my transfer from dYdX, which its nor even currently working with. He found a workaround to get my deposit into my Tangem wallet. Great customer service. They went the extra mile for me!!

I placed an order for a Tangem wallet, and for whatever reason, FedEx charged the duty taxes coming into the country (over $100) to me instead of Tangem like they should have. Tangem responded to my inquiry right away, unlike FedEx who took more than a month to respond to my same inquiry to them concerning the charges. Long story short, I paid the charges to FedEx as requested by Tangem who, in turn, quickly reimbursed me via USDT to the account address I supplied. Very happy overall with the customer service experience that Tangem provided!

Be aware if you live in the US and buy this wallet you will receive a duty tax for your order. I received a bill today for $80 for the ring and 2 cards. In my opinion, a company who keeps this information in fine print on their website and never lets the customer know throughout the payment process does not deserve our trust or business...

I bought Tangem because they advertise “simplicity.” The first two weeks were fine, then suddenly one of my cards stopped working. I tried to use my backup card, but the app wouldn’t recognize it either. I followed all their instructions, but support just sent generic responses. I feel like I’ve thrown away hundreds of dollars and locked up my own crypto.

I am unable to comment on the actual product itself at this point. I placed on order for a 3 card set on Dec. 19, 2024. I receive a 2 card set on Dec. 26 2024. I immediately reached out to support via email with pictures of the received order. Since then I've only receive one response back on the 26th that the issue was being forwarded to the 'logistics' department. I've sent multiple emails asking for updates with no response after over a week now. I cannot not recommend doing business with this company.

I have to commend Tangem for responding almost immediately to a query I had. The issue was handled professionally. I watched a lot of reviews on Tangem before bought their product. Most reviewers had a positive experience with their product. I would recommend their product without any hesitation. Keep up the good work Tangem!
