Fantastic advice and guidance from the professional team of staff who always strive to provide a friendly, helpful professional service it their customers. I find it a complete pleasure to shop at Tangle Tree, and I have always been delighted with the quality of wallpapers, fabrics and paints I have bought from Tangle Tree over the years.

I bought some wallpaper from here recently. The showroom was very well presented and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.They had a fantastic range of sample books that I haven't seen anywhere else. The delivery came within the estimated timescale and I was very pleased with it. Will definitely be shopping there again and would recommend to others

This is a very well organized laid out shop, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. There is a lot of variety for whichever method you prefer to decorate. I will definitely recommend

Fantastic friendly staff who have a wealth of interior design and fabrics knowledge. They gave wonderful advice when I was decorating our master bedroom.

I ordered fabric, 2 weeks later was told it was unavailable for another few weeks. The company were helpful at that time and sent me extra samples quickly without charging. I cancelled the original order as I could not wait an extra few weeks and asked for a refund. I chased up the refund after a couple of weeks and was given the impression it was being sorted but may take 30 days. I didn't have a problem with that. 49+ days I still hadn't been refunded. The company today advised that they have just cancelled the order and arranged the refund. Not sure why this wasn't done originally.
Refund requested 17th May, refund received 10th July.

I ordered 1 roll of wallpaper to supplement a previous order. Shipping options were fast at over £30 or 5 day at £15. I chose the cheaper option as had ample time to complete decorations.

3.5 weeks later I was contacted to say they couldn't get the same batch number. As it's for behind a wardrobe I requested any batch on a next day delivery.

I was then expected to pay the expidited shipping rates despite already having paid for a service on which they had failed to deliver.

Not only will I NEVER use this company again I vocally support anyone not to use them. The customer service is utterly appalling.

I have used this store for advice and for products; wall papers, fabric, paints.

To be fair, used this company once before in 2010 and they supplied the material within 5 days, so I wasn't worried about placing an order. However, they took the money (£50) and took a week to tell me they didn't have the goods and after 29 days and several emails (responded to with apologies and promises to refund the money) I was forced to open a dispute with paypal. Money out of my account on 29th October, back into my account on 30th November. Another company (Jane Clayton) also said they were out of stock BUT NEVER TOOK THE MONEY. You decide where to take your online trade...

In over 20 years of shopping online this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. 25 days after my order, numerous calls to chase, I am finally told it is out of stock and I am still chasing a refund. Impossible to get hold of. Avoid.

5 years after my order Tangletree have been in touch (Jan 2021) to request more information. I can only assume in an effort to remove this review. A further example of their level of customer service, having had no contact from them when I was querying the location of my order or indeed refund five years ago.

Their Newcastle showroom has everything you need when redecorating - massive choice of wallpapers, fabrics and paint. The trained interiors designers are always helpful and offer creative solutions to any interior decor dilemmas. I'm a returning customer and will definitely be going back.

I've completed a few purchases from Tangletree Interiors over the years and I really can praise them enough. Their product selection is huge - all the top brands in one place. Add to that a lovely (very easy -to-use) website and great customer service and you've got a real winner.

Great website with a really good range and often cheaper than other sites. Lots of different products to choose from so worth checking out. If your in the Newcastle area you can also visit them in their store in the centre of town.
