Shambles of a company. Tried 10 ways to contact them nothing in return then checked there reviews on various sites all singing from the hymn sheet !! Disgrace!!

This is a total sham company. Previous company ( Experience Gifts) went bust owing thousands upon thousands to creditors and customers. This rogue, Allen Falconer then set up a different company with the name Experience Gifts Scotland and is doing the exact same thing. Loads of website links from everywhere promoting tank driving in Dundee ( doesn't exist), tank driving in Callander ( doesn't exist), tank drinking in Dumbarton ( doesn't exist). They all take your money, usually as a birthday or Christmas present for someone special, send you an email voucher ( a proper paper voucher posted to you costs more), then cancel 3 weeks in a row with one lame excuse after another.

CONTACT YOUR CARD USSUER AND ASK FOR A SECTION 75 CHARGE BACK.
You have to fill in a form from your bank/credit card company showing that you've paid for services which were never provided by the vendor. Your card issuer will contact them and as long as you have evidence to support that you've been let down and lied to, the bank /credit card company will issue a full refund and charge the amount back to tank driving school plus a fee from the bank credit card company.

My son bought a voucher for my birthday to go tank driving at bridge of weir first of all the voucher said it was in Callander so I drove all the way there and no show no site either so phoned up and got told it wasn’t there it was at bridge of weir so wasted my time so they told me to come to bridge of weir all was arranged drove through and nobody there to welcome you you had to find your way through a farm finally found the tracked vehicle got in drove it for 10 mins at the most around a field once what a waste of money whatever you do don’t go.

I bought a ‘tank driving experience’ in the form of a voucher for my 12 year old son for Christmas in December 2020. It cost £89.99. Oct 21 and no chance at all of him getting this experience. Have sent several emails enquiring about when he will be able to use his voucher. No response. Now have sent several emails asking for refund. No response. Avoid this company like the plague.

Tank driving scotlands tanks were sold on to experience a gift Scotland the same company that's postcode is stated on the voucher tankdriving scotland send out. This outfit blank emails ignore phone calls after you've made payment. The new owner claims tank driving scotland are ment to send him the bookings and funds. Payed Dec 2020 still waiting on a voucher number sept 2021 not holding my breath.

I received a voucher for tank driving experience as a birthday present. According to the voucher the company "operates all year dependant on severe weather conditions". The voucher has an expiry date of 1st February 2020. The accompanying leaflet, and the website, shows the location as being north of Dundee. I've been trying to book a date to use my voucher but so far can't. Firstly, the company now state they will not be operating between December and February so will reopen in March 2020. This reduces the supposed 6 month life of my voucher to only 4 months. Secondly, the location has changed to north of Glasgow, although part of the decision to purchase this experience was proximity of location to where I live and the new location isn't as easily reached. Incidentally the website, as at the time of this review, still shows the location as north of Dundee.
