Friendly service when booking and when the work was carried out. No problems and done within good timescales.

Absolutely Delighted with the service received from Greenarc when we needed a new tank. Sean came and assessed the job, he was very helpful and answered all questions. When job was done a team of 2 arrived, they were very efficient and worked well to get job done in the day, the area was left clean & tidy. Georgia in the office was very helpful.

Great service. New oil valve and filter plus tank clean was easy to arrange with Georgia and Simon, who kept me up to date with schedule. Successfully carried out by Sean and his buddy. Very pleased with final result.

Delighted with the speedy service received from Greenarc when we needed a new tank. The team of three arrived when they said they would, were friendly, helpful & efficient. Everything finished by midday & the area left clean & tidy. A couple of minor problems that occurred a couple of days later were quickly sorted out by superstar Sean. We are delighted with the service Greenarc provided. Shaun and his team replaced our oil tank, which was sited in a difficult to reach position. Shaun’s incredibly positive, friendly and “can do” attitude saw the job done without fuss. The team back at head office were also available and quick to respond to any questions we had. I am very impressed with the service received from Greenarc. The team arrived on time, drained down the old tank and removed it, then installed the new one fitting a new filter and oil level moniter at the same time. We had an old tank removed and a new bespoke tank installed. Shaun from Greearc did an amazing job removing the old tank which was tightly wedged and manoeuvred the new tank into a narrow restricted position. Shaun and the team went over and above for us. We were very impressed.

Had an emergency with a leaking tank. Help arrived very quickly and the leak was repaired temporarily while another tank was ordered. The old tank was replaced really quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service.

Terrible experience the heating oil never arrived during freezing cold snap had to cancel and re order with a new company

Greenarc/Tank Topper took out our old oil tank and installed a new tank in its place. They drained and transferred all the oil, took the old tank away for disposal. The service was excellent, friendly, no fuss, was done quickly and cleanly by their engineers. The price was also the best around. Can’t fault them, highly recommended.

Excellent service at every point of contact. I was kept fully informed at every stage and the company were more than willing to answer any questions no matter how seemingly trivial. We have been very pleased with our new tank and have no complaints whatsoever.

I had a new oil tank installed by Greenacre. The service throughout was amazing, great communication and when the tank was actually installed it was all perfect. There was no fuss or disruption and the area was left immaculate. I cannot rate this Company too highly, they were great.

I would highly recommend the Tank Topper team, based on my recent experience with them. Our tank had a leak and the team came out really quickly and did a speedy job of fixing the issue. Very professional.

Recently had my heating oil tank changed with Tank Topper. Quickly came out to quote and we are really pleased with our new tank, which included an new concrete base & a digital gauge, which you simply plug in to a socket within your home & you can see at all times the level of oil in the tank. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Greenarc Tank Services when I noticed that my old fuel tank was leaking and they responded straight away. The person I spoke to was able to answer all my questions and reassure me about the process of replacing my fuel tank. An engineer contacted me and made an appointment to carry out a survey the same day. The engineer was very professional, he explained all the regulations to me and a quote was provided within a few hours by Greenarc. The whole process was very easy. After accepting the quote, the team who came to install my new tank were very professional and neat and tidy. They took away my old tank for disposal and I am very happy with the replacement tank. I would highly recommend this company. They took care of my problem and the service was very easy to use.
