They are scammers

They have terminated my account without prior notice and caused my business to have a big financial loss.
They held more than 30,000 QAR without any justification when I had no disputes at all.
They are scammers and don`t even deserve a star.

They requested more than 4 documents for each transaction and we provided them; but they didn`t answer our email.

They work with anyone, even if he is a fraud. I paid them through a site that sells shipping cards and I did not receive my product. When I contacted them, no one could help

Customer Support Is really bad

They don't Know how to Solve problems; they will ask you to create a new account if you want to update bank details. and they will not let you know if they required any supporting documents.

It was really a smooth transaction of making a contract as a marketplace for our Company JMARKT. Mr. Tony from Tap Payment, Dubai branch have been kind enough to furnish the required documents and supported us throughout the process.

will not release my funds!

I have been a loyal client of TAP for a few years now. Earlier this year I was told that I needed to close my old TAP account and open a new one as my old one was "outdated"
so I had to go through the whole application process again.
Since then (April) I have been contacting TAP regularly to release the funds that were in the account and transfer them to my new account and they will not do it. I am told to wait 24 hours for the funds to appear and nothing happens. It has been 4 months!
They also still charging me the monthly fees so now Im paying for two TAP accounts.
Ive been told numerous times a manager will call me and no one calls. I will be closing all accounts with this company and moving to another. Absolutely shocking.

one of the worst services i have every worked with, their website is dog crap, if they froze your account for no reason expect to get robbed basicly. if there is something wrong with your documents or account they wont tell you, they will let you use the services but never send it to your account such a scam

Them. But lately they want close my account and I had severel thousands $ there. After many months they send a part. Then suddenly i get email fr One name Phillip and he Said that One customer open dispute and You need show evidence that they get their item. Withhin a period and before 120days they Will return money. I show all evidence and trackingnr but they stop to answer. I write to customer service and they Said customer need to talk to their bank. Everything they Said was wrong and No money send nor me or customer. Often they just wait few days we Will contact You and nothing happend

Best onboarding process in Industry, Extremely helpful Team.

Let me say this on the record that Tap's Onboarding process is THE BEST in the industry i have seen. Ms Nida Bham from the Sales Team was extremely helpful in providing useful information, and finalizing the onboarding requirements as soon as possible. I am pleasantly surprised that a platform (Tap) which i never expected anything from, has proven to the best among all other competitors such as Stripe, Telr, NoonPayments and so many other competitors from UAE. Companies like Tap must rise to the top as they deserve a high ranking place.

From initial contact till the…

From initial contact till the onboarding, the customer journey and experience has been nothing but fantastic. I was able to onboard in less than a week and the whole process was smooth sailing.
I want to give a special shout out to my relationship manager Nida for taking me through the onboarding journey and for being ever helpful for all my questions.
Will definitely continue working with the team and will recommend the service to anyone looking for a reliable payment gateway.
