Tapestryhut 

Ordered early April and received it today takes a while. It's a print on a cheap bit of material the stitching is terrible. I got the chakra one it's ok but the so called sale is a joke, I think I payed about £20 something not worth the money.

I hate to give this company even one star.

I ordered my tapestry on April 14th, May 10th I got the tracking number and it is absolutely no where to be found. May 14 it said it left the country and it still has no location on it 3 weeks later. Not saying I won’t receive but I am absolutely not impressed. Please avoid this at all costs

The prints on the tapestries were blurry and not at all ‘high definition’ as advertised. They also sent me two of the same tapestries and not different ones as per my order. I have asked for a full refund as I spent over £30 on products that bore little resemblance to what I ordered but they are not replying to my emails. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Tapestry never arrived. Shipping website is shady, and stopped giving updates. Ordered on April 25th and it is now June 5th and has not arrived.

From the looks of it tapestry hut is a scam! I ordered 2 items on May 2nd. I finally received my tracking number on May 27th and it said I should receive my package between June 3rd to the 5th. A couple of days later it updated and said it would be delivered June 1st to the 3rd. On June 3rd it said that it was delivered to they post office on June 2nd. I checked today, June 4th, and it says that it would be delivered to the post office June 2nd to the 3rd. I emailed them but have yet to get any response back. Others claimed to have recieved their items after 6 weeks so I'm hoping I will receive mine soon but it doesn't look promising.

Update: The problem is I haven't received my order. And, I have already reached out via the email you gave and no one has bothered to respond back to me. Still no response from my previous email, sent another one today. Checked my tracking and now the "delivered to post office June 2-3" is gone. DEFINITELY A SCAM! Horrible customer service, no one ever gets back to you. Reporting company for fraud and theft.

Well I finally received an email back, a couple of days later, but it is an automated generic email stating my order was one of many that have gone missing but a replacement order will be sent out in 48hrs. I emailed back inquiring about my new tracking number but have not received a response back, is been several days. I have reached out for over a week asking for a refund and no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company.

I thought I would never get mine. But it finally arrived today! Ordered mine April 30th and got it June 4. Looonnng wait time.

I placed an order for 3 items at the end of April 2020. The money was taken from my account the following day. The items arrived yesterday 1st June. Ok it took approximately 6 weeks for them to arrive but it was worth the wait. What beautiful vibrant colours and lovely material just want to say to people be patient “all good things come to those who wait”.

This company is definitely a scam.
I spent $100 on April 12th believe it I was buying hand woven 100% Cotten hangings made and sent from the U.S.A.
Last week of May and still my order had not arrived so I wrote and was assured they were on their way and was given tracking saying that were being sent from China!?! Yesterday I received them from Southall?!
They are tiny and made from 100% Polyester which is now stated on their website. Believe me, I detest Polyester and would never had ordered them.
Writing to ask for my money back and where I should return them I am being told I cannot unless they”re faulty and that the website states Polyester _ NOW!!!!
I read their returns policy and they do not give refunds but exchanges and only if I can prove they’re defective.
I am disgusted.
I pointed out the workings of KARMA ... their time will come.

Stop reporting all the bad reviews on your company Tapestry Hut we all already know your company is a fake and BIG SCAM!!! I have ordered on April 12 with nothing but it left China 3 weeks ago it should have already been in Canada long ago. Simply just refund everybody back their money and call it a day. You have all our information, and I will also be reporting to the BBB

I wish I could give negative star ratings on this site because that is what you deserve. I order a tapestry April 14th. It is June 16th. I have been in contact with the Tapestryhut tracking information and apparently my tapestry is "on the way." This is the second time Tapestry Hut has reported my review so now I have to wait again for Trustpilot to reinstate it.

It is funny Tapestry Hut responds to all negative reviews as comments so that you (the customer) think you are being taken care of. But in reality they dont respond to emails and refuse to do refunds. You may as well just light your own money on fire. Then at least you know where it went instead of having to report the transaction to your bank as fraudulent and reporting this company to the BBB. Which I have now done. At least this charade Tapestry Hut continues keeps me entertained if nothing else.

I made an order April 24th. I paid and received a shipping confirmation with tracking info. I understand the long shipping time from China to the US, but my order says that it cleared customs 12 days ago and there’s been no new updates since then. scam or not, save your time and your money.

It is a massive scam. To start with they say their store is closing and because of that everything is on sale. So you buy the item, you receive the confirmation email but your parcel never arrives. You write them asking for the tracking number of your parcel and they reply saying due to COVID-19 everything is slow and it will be shipped within 1-3 weeks. Then when it completes 3 or more weeks you reach them out asking for a tracking number. They reply with a link and a fake tracking number. Then you write again, then they say many parcels have been lost and they will investigate. In the end, because it is not much money ~ £20 you give up on complaining and understand you were a victim of a very profitable scam. Very sad.

I order late March-early April. I have no idea where my order is.

My order was shipped out on April 30, 2020 and to this day, May 15, 2020, there has been no updates or movement and remains 'shipment information received' through a Chinese shipping website. There is no contact number to call them and they are reachable through email only. I have emailed them and awaiting a response. Due to all these reviews being flagged, I am very skeptical and believe this is a scam. I believe I will never receive my order and give me the runaround to keep waiting. If I do not get a response, I will have to do a dispute with my credit card on this purchase.

Another Update -Tapestry Hut again sent a msg through Trustpilot saying that they are struggling to fulfill orders at this time. Very nice msg and I'm, of course, willing to wait for the product. I'd like to support the company. So, I look forward to the delivery. 3 stars just for having someone monitor reviews and making an effort at communicating. Thank you, Tapestry Hut, for keeping me updated. 5/20

Ok...update...Tapestry Hut did actually send an email confirmation but with the denial from my CC co, I dont actually know if the order is going through. So, temporarily rescinding my 1 star and will hold off to see what happens and what the quality is upon arrival. Hope I can give full stars soon. Will update with results soon.

Edit: For context. I received an advert on facebook telling me that these guys were sadly going out of business. I am always one to support businesses in need and thus I went to their website to purchase a tapestry.

While browsing I noticed that the website imagery was problematic, as all the tapestry images are very clearly super-imposed onto various backgrounds. (its very easy to see this as its very poorly done, for example the tapestry background itself will have folds in the fabric but the imagery on the tapestry wont be distorted, making it clear the image has been layered ontop of a blank background).

I asked if they had any actual pictures of their products hanging on a wall, to which my request was then deleted and I was blocked by them.

I tried again using a different facebook account and again was blocked. I checked other users who had raised red flag concerns with this business and found that they too had been deleted.

I then did a search to see when the website was registered, as they were claiming to be going out of business due to Covid19... so I assumed they would have some historic web-presenence, only to discover that this isnt the case and Tapesteryhut.com is a relatively new site.

I came to trust pilot to see if other people had had more luck but then saw that actually their are a blanket amount of people trying to raise concerns, all of which being appealed against by Tapestry Hut.

The behaviour is all very concerrning. So no I am not a current customer, I am however a potential customer that had sought to buy from them and requested extra information, only to have my post deleted and then subsequently be blocked.

This behaviour is highly suspicous and screams scam, and the many unhappy reviews here and on facebook support that.

If the company however wishes to actually engage and supply some actual images of its products that arent clearly photo-shopped; then i would be prepared to change my review but as it stands, I will be retaining my 1 star review in the strong view that this is indeed a scam and buyer's should beware.

I paid an order in April 11, 2020.
This company posts their products in multiple pages.
In messenger, the sent me a message that my tracking number will be received between 1 to 4 weeks. They said the artisans are working carefully.

In other page, they said to customers that these products are print on an ink printer.

I did not receive my tracking number.
I read about the company.
I have screenshot of complaints.
I am now very sad as I will not receive a product that I paid for.
They just used our trust
