I placed an order 21st September 2021. I have NEVER received anything! They NEVER respond to my emails. They are telling my credit card company that they sent the goods. RUBBISH!!!! I want to know what courier company they used because nothing has ever arrived at my address. The courier company will have records.
You are liars and we will prove it! You will be made to refund my money!!!

Bought 2 tapestry’s 5 months ago never received and they won’t reply to emails! scam!

I ordered from them on June 9th and I have not heard back from them, even them not sending me an email confirming my order whatsoever. I see the order on Shop as 'Order Placed', as it has been for almost a month since I ordered. I tried to call them and email them and nothing back. I can't even find their business on the BBB. I think it is a total scam. I hope I can find a way to get my money back. I have no idea where they are located either.

Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! My story is much like the rest.... ordered a tapestry...it never came. I emailed 'Trent' a bunch of times regarding this but never got a reply.
The worst part is that I got an email about a month after I ordered, asking me if I was happy with my tapestry and could I please provide a review and rate my experience!!! Well here's my rating TRENT! 👎👎🖕🖕

This must be a scam, I ordered my tapestry before seeing any reviews around the 20th of Feb, and I still haven't received my tapestry. I have been in contact with 'trent' sent countless emails and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering because I am experiencing the same issues. “Trent” hasn’t replied to a single email. I’ve messaged on Facebook and Instagram and still no reply. Next on my to-do list is contact my bank and try and get a refund.

Spent my hard-earned money on one of these tapestries on tapestrystoreco.com’s website only to be scammed. I can view the status of all of my online orders on Shop, and it’s still showing that my order has been placed. I ordered from this website over a month ago and it hasn’t even shipped. Wasn’t even emailed a receipt, which is totally unprofessional. Even emailed the Trent guy and never heard back. Terrible customer service - in fact there is no customer service. Just a guy running a fake website who likes to scam people. Fu** you Trent

Ordered several tapestry's on January 30th, 2021 and have not received them. I have sent over 20 emails to this Trent guy and no response or acknowledgement from anyone. Order was for my daughter's birthday which sucks cause this is what she asked for! So annoying to be scammed!!!

Ordered over a month ago. Reached out to the contact email (a guy named Trent), and even messaged him. NOTHING. No response, no email back, no message. Makes me wonder how the one review I saw said “great customer service”. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE???!!! They have no phone number to reach out to them, and apparently this Trent guy is just a lie to make you think you can contact them. This, by the way, makes it impossible to get a refund for the money that it took them a hot second to take from my bank account. Never again will I order from them! And, I have reported this to the FTC, not that it will do any good. Be warned!

I was worried about my package coming because they warned me about COVID-19 delays but my package did end up coming in and was good quality.

I ordered two tapestries over a month ago and I have yet to receive a tracking number. So i email the service guy “Trent” and he has never got back to me. I had to work my butt off for money for these and I got scammed, not worth it if your looking to buy.

It's been over a month since we ordered our tapestry from this garbage website and their customer service guy "Trent" has never responded to an email from almost 2 weeks ago. Would not recommend most likely a scam save yourself 25 bucks.

Best tapestry store out there! I got scammed by trippy tapestry but still really wanted a tapestry so i trusted the tapestry store and they came through! Great customer service and surprisingly fast shipping time even with COVID-19 causing delays! Would recommend to anyone!
